I bought this tablet for my wife, along with a pink protective case. She was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal breast cancer 7 months pregnant with my son. I figured her sitting in a hospital bed for 4 months that having a screen a bit bigger than her phone would be perfect for her. The product was great, she loved it. The speaker and sound that this tablet has is incredible, it sounds like a TV. Unfortunately the screen randomly just went black… I have no idea why. Its been inside of a protective case and just sits on the bedside table. I tried returning it but the return policy is only 15 days. The warrenty on the product was a bit expensive, I regret not getting the warrenty now because currently I cannot afford to fix it due to her not working and me supporting us 3. I wish there was a different return policy, othet than that the product was great while it lasted.

I purchased the Tab A9+ to replace a Tab S6 Lite that is beginning to act up. I purchased the A9+ with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM. Big advantage to this tablet is the amount of RAM. It comes with an Octa-Core processor at 2.2GHz & 1.8GHz, so it has decent speed. There is a slot for a MicroSD card for added storage, up to 1TB. I haven't had the Tablet too long, but the screen clarity and definition looks great. Managed to pick up the Tab A9+ when Best Buy had it on sale, which was nice. I haven't had the tablet long enough for any negatives to show up.

Samsung tablet works great and easy to use. It paired great with my hearing aides, and takes great pictures, This is a great buy for a A9 128GB Samsung for the money.

Great starter tablet for kids. These were my kids first tablets 12 years old and 4 years old both love them. They have awesome battery life and great load time. Best budget tablet I think I could get. Was going to get another tablet but decided against the 500$ price tag. These ones have a bigger screen better battery life and a better price !!

My wife needed a device so she could leave me alone while I am on the PS5 playing DBD. Got a sale that so awesome at Best Buy and now life is good.. oh, the A9+ is pretty reliable

I don't like how fast the battery dies.!! Bought this for my grandson to upgrade his kids fire rablet. Was convinced by the sales rep would be better more storage, faster. The part he left out the battery does not last no where near as long as the kids fire. He could be on his old tablet ALL DAY not run out, this one after about 4-6 hrs is going to be dead. He has to keep in the charger sometimes. Absolutely hate it!!! Should have just bought a Sim card like I was going to!!

Late night sales without discussion of a product functions and mentioning products to improve usage. Any offer to give help through classes or one on one assistance to learn how to maximize better use would have been appreciated.

This is an excellent tablet, and more so because of the relatively low price.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ is the best tablet for the money, hands down. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I'm incredibly impressed with the performance, features, and price. It's great, has enough internal storage plus expandable storage. Operates fast within a single app and more than enough with multiple. Lots of great features for the money.
