Bought it because of the promise of reading books on it, larger print than in books. Unfortunately finding books online that I'm interested in has been limited.

When I got the unit, it was slow to charge. I figured that's just how it was, but it has continued to get worse and worse, in the 4.5 months that I've owned it. Now it takes me several hours to charge it enough to use it. Clearly the item is defective, and BestBuy agreed when I took it in. But they said I had to go through Samsung, who wants me to pay $99 up front for them to decide whether they think it's covered. I have taken very good care of the unit and it looks almost new. The unit is probably fine if you don't get a lemon, but don't put any stock in their so-called "warranty," because it's worthless.

Awesome screen resolution. Nice sound. Decent battery life. Applications respond much faster. I am definitely not a power user but this one works well for me.

We do lots of reading, and some videos. Switched from I-pad, very happy. What we don't like - I can't get the tablet to recognize the S Pen we bought at the same time for it. We followed all the online instructions, but nothing. Not sure what to do....

The screen is the best for people who need glasses. Easy to use too . Plus watch movies with a tap on your settings and watch it on the tv .
