Nice tablet. EASY TO SET UP AND USE. My 76 yr old friend loves it.

I am now taking this item back for a 2nd time with power issues. I have had my share of tabelts but this one has had to be taken to repair it twice now

Great value for the price. I'm a pretty light user, only an occasional streaming session, mostly reading the newspaper e-edition, reading books with the Kindle app, email and some browsing. Quality video, apps open quickly. Performance is excellent in all phases. Large screen size is much appreciated. I did buy a simple case to help protect the product, even though it feels very sturdy.

Late night sales without discussion of a product functions and mentioning products to improve usage. Any offer to give help through classes or one on one assistance to learn how to maximize better use would have been appreciated.

I was looking for a sub-$300 Samsung tablet with a 10 inch or larger screen and more than 6 gb of ram. This tablet checked all of those boxes. Also since i have a Samsung phone I have the option to sync with my phone.

This tablet was a perfect gift for my elderly mother. She found it fast, user friendly and meets the needs for her online newspaper and email access. The battery life was long and the tablet lightweight. Highly recommend!

First time owning a tablet and I love it! Everything about it is just great.

Great size and is everything I was needing. Screen is bright and has a good battery life.

I am not tech savy so this fit right just for me. Simple and easy to use. When it arrived it was easy to set up to all my samsung diveces. Love it and this was the second one that i bought for my sister. We are older so we need the simplicity.

Great for a simple tablet that you only need for a few things. Even if you needed it as someone daily for a more of different things I think it would be great. Love that it has a headphone jack

Works well. Can access the internet and do basic tasks like update spreadsheets, write a document, etc. It's a little slow performing more complex tasks like editing a powerpoint, designing in Canva, etc. Also, this tablet does not have a stylus option.

I don't like how fast the battery dies.!! Bought this for my grandson to upgrade his kids fire rablet. Was convinced by the sales rep would be better more storage, faster. The part he left out the battery does not last no where near as long as the kids fire. He could be on his old tablet ALL DAY not run out, this one after about 4-6 hrs is going to be dead. He has to keep in the charger sometimes. Absolutely hate it!!! Should have just bought a Sim card like I was going to!!

Excellent performance, durable. 98% of the appliances in my home is from Best Buy. They bankable and they give customers a voice anyday anytime. I'm glad Best Buy is my option!

Everything seems to work fine except streaming a movie.

This device is a great updated one. You can connect your phone to it & send text messages from it too. I own all Galaxy products & the chargers & cables are interchangeable. It recharges quickly & the larger screen is nice to view documents & other media. Highly recommend if you're replacing an old Tablet.

The tablet is sleek and smooth. We opted for the highest available memory because its definitely getting used for gaming. If you use finger gloves this is the perfect screen size for professional gaming. I do recommend buyung a case since it is so light.

This is an excellent tablet for the money. It has a lot of features that are not offered in an ipad. Very happy with samsung.

Bought this tablet for my father-in-law, and he loves it. It was easy for him to set up which was amazing since he is not to good at these things. This tablet is worth it and I would recommend to others.

You have to charge your phone, so a second one for the RV was needed.
