Gorder we bought open box excellent which was supposed to come with the start up guide and the charging cable. Neither was in the box, which is what open box good is. Thankfully wet have cables that work, but online customer service wasn’t overly helpful. If we want the stuff it was supposed to be boxed with wet have to go in store, when I selected delivery because we share a car, making getting into the store difficult.

The very reason I bought it. As far as I am concerned, it wasted $100.00. Unfortunately, by the time I got it up and running, it was too late to return. I am using it For everything else, it is working as normal. It works as good as my old tablet.
