We value your feedback as we strive to improve our product line, based on consumer feedback. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 80% or 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX. There are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Check out, "Samsung phone or tablet will not charge" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your tablet. Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets come with settings and features to help you monitor and extend your device's battery life. Keep tabs on battery performance and use power-saving modes when needed to get the most out of your battery life. In the Device Care menu, you can view the estimated battery life based on your recent activity. You can also closely monitor how much battery different apps are using. Open Settings, then swipe to and tap Battery. Below Power saving and Background usage limits, your battery usage will appear. Tap View details to review information on certain app usage, along with Screen on time and Screen off time. This way you can pinpoint what is draining your battery. Also, make sure to keep your tablet up to date with the latest software available.
