Once installed, this app works ok. trying to use the tablet as a computer, particularly for entering information on the often hard-to-call-up keyboard, is a challenge. we're still in the discovery stage trying to figure out just what level of touch actually allows us to either call up information or to accurately input information. Probably smaller hands than ours might get the tablet to function better

I live over an hour away from Best Buy. They wouldn't exchange it. Had to talk to a technician. She said it seemed fine since i reset it. Got it home and the speakers started acting up again. Won't buy anymore items from there. I'll go elsewhere.
