The item worked ok even though the power switch was temperamental. Attempting to do a Samsung Customer Service representative reset due to a flickering screen, the product has now locked up and must be serviced. Using this as a mixing counsel for live music, I need to depend on it. I can't say that about this product.

I'm really not sure why I didn't bring it back to the store but it's slow apps are sometimes hard to open

I purchased this product to process payments but find it frustratingly slow when compared to using the same payment apps on a cellphone.

I wouldn’t recommend this tablet. My daughter barely touch it because it’s to slow. Most of the time she’s on my tablet. I guess I have to upgrade her.

This Samsung tablet is fair but flashes blue when using it over an hour this tablet is just ok for a first tablet...hopefully after taking to geek squad I will give it a better rating

I bought this tablet because the Bestbuy rep said it would be able to run any game I downloaded on it. I downloaded several MMOs, baseball and football games on it and it was choppy on the lowest game settings. If you're looking for a tablet to game on I would stay clear of this Galaxy Tab E. As for the Bestbuy rep, he either just tried to make a sale regardless of the product or he didn't have a clue about their products. Regardless this one's going back to Bestbuy.

Heavy for its size - so it's clumsy to hold and use. Processor and operating system are extremely slow to start and initialize the screen - but seem to be reliable and stable when finally loaded. The screen seems touchy - frequently shuts down the app or closes the book I'm reading simply by touching the edge of the screen. I recommend you look elsewhere for a more satisfying user experience.

Can't say I recomend. It's just slow and slugish from the gitgo. Not much reason to say more. That's just a deal breaker.

I was told by the sales people that this was a new and great product. Initially I was excited, but now I am realizing that it does not hold a charge very well and the sound is quite low, even when I turn it up to the max. You can definitely watch movies and T.V. shows, but it is hard to hear. I am really disappointed with this tablet.

I purchased one and had to return it due to when I would use it the screen would flash blue. I took it back for a replacement and had the same issue. Decided just to get my money back and even then best buy didn't fully return my money. Would not buy the table again nor would use best buy again.

Very slow tablet, I hardly use it. Its the lower end, and I thought it would do better. I will stay with higher end tablets.

This does the job, however it is very slow. We purchased two for the kids, but wished I would have gone with something else.

I had so many problems with this tablet. It kept turning off by itself, or freezing. I thought maybe it was a defective product, so I exchanged it for a new one and I had the same problem. By this point, I just returned it for a refund. It was a shame because my daughters first galaxy tab is still working great after 3-4yrs.

Unless you plan to use headphones all the time, don't expect sufficient volume from this tablet...there is one tiny speaker in the back of the tablet. Tab A on the other hand is excellent with two speakers near the front...priced about the same.

Best Buy sent me a faulty device. Wouldn’t keep a charge. Bought it for my son for Christmas, he opened the gifts on Christmas and it wouldn’t work. Their shoddy 14 day return policy on phones and tablets suck, wouldn’t honor it being that it was the holiday season, stuck with the faulty device. Shame on you Best Buy. Very unhappy

This is a good, actually very good tablet. I wasn't looking for a tablet when I entered Best Buy but I had a number of gift cards and want to use them. I had actually thought about purchasing a GPS. Then I looked at new laptops, then finally tablets as they were less expensive. I don't use my tablet often, I still prefer using my laptop but I had to use it this week when I add to access one of my email accounts from my work account, so it was extremely useful and fave me everything I needed.

I received this tablet for Christmas "to watch Netflix," and it does more than that. It's a great size - large enough for easy viewing, and small enough to be super portable (a plus since my laptop is pretty big). Performance is still smooth and responsive, and Touchwiz has been reduced to a more comfortable level. The cameras are just okay, but for my purposes that doesn't really matter. I primarily use this to watch Netflix, and would characterize my usage as light - average. Plus, as an added bonus, this came with free Microsoft Office! Can't beat that. Now I don't have to lug my big laptop around to and from class. Overall, very satisfied with my tablet.

I am still getting used to all the functions. I like the flexibility of being able to look at 2 screens at once. It does everything I expected it to do so far.

I had wasted my money on this devise for a gift for my mother. Should have just spent the extra for an apple. The pop ups are crazy.
