This was a great purchase for us. We really love how easy it is to use and navigate. Camera is great on it super clear. Never have had a problem with it since I received it. Battery last for 2 days most of the time. Would buy this again in a heart beat and Best Buy gave me the cheapest price too!!!

My family is addicted to tablets.We went through many.Unfortunately, some brands make tablets that do not last long and these are good for travelling,because you don't have to worry that it will get lost or submerged under water,etc.; This tablet is very reliable,it doesn't freeze,works very smooth and the battery lasts for a while.At this point,I think I am going to stick with Samsung tablets.

We have been using this tablet as a timeclock for 4 years and have never had an issue - still going strong!

I bought this during Best Buy's 50th anniversary sale and got it for great price. Purchased for my mom who is returning to college later in life and needed something to study with and look up her class slides etc. It seems perfect for this and other light browsing. I was impressed with the size and the quality of the tablet and it comes with Windows Office for free pre-installed--perfect for my mom and her school work! Everyone always raves about ipads, but this really was a good alternative and you can't beat the price. The only thing I will say is that the screen quality isn't astounding. It's fine, it's not poor quality or anything, but it's not a sparkling "wow" picture. If that's super important to you, then this tablet isn't for you. However, if you're looking for a great deal and bang for your buck--definitely get it--especially if you catch it on sale!

I bought this tablet a couple months ago for my son and it has been great. Its actually been a perfect tablet, I use it alot to and it has been great. It has 16GB internal storage and a slot for a micro SDcard. It has a clear picture for watching videos or even movies. The performance of it is fast to, which I really like that. It has Dual HD cameras for photos or to chat with someone and it's so clear when talking to someone through video chat. Best part is you can download pretty much any app that is on the play store for android. Would recommend if you want a nice working tablet.

Decent affordable tablet for your average consumer. Would highly recommend to those on a budget. It’s wonderful that you can expand your memory with a micro sdhc card up to 64 gb. Which is wonderful if you need to carry more than one card full of data. Works wonders for long trips. Battery life can last any where from 24 hours to 6-8 depending on what is running. The back and multi view buttons will drive you crazy when trying to play games as your hand or fingers keep tapping them. The only way to turn them off is to hack into the programming and disable it. The only negative thing I have experienced with my tablet is the usb wall charger cord getting horrendously hot when plugged in. I would highly not recommend leaving the tablet unattended while charging. Been lightly burned while pulling it out of the wall or while using the device upon charging. Contacted Samsung regarding the matter, they just documented the defective charger; didn’t really offer to replace it. If the charger melts I might send it in for repair.

Absolutely love this tablet! I’m able to read books, watch my favorite shows and play games!

Got it for my mother and amazingly still working perfect after 5 years…..just awesome!!!

Just purchased this tablet and am happy overall.. Only 2 issues I have with it. I had to go elsewhere to find a case for it and since this was made only for best buy, it was difficult to find the case I wanted. Also, the sound could be better. Seems a bit distorted and in some apps(like vudu) the volume is not nearly loud enough, even with headphones

The only issue that I have with this tablet is trying to find a case that fits it. But I bought this for my daughter as a sort of upgrade from the Samsung Galaxy tab 2 which was 7 inches and its a great difference.

I love this tablet. I also love Samsung. The size is great for what I paid for. I use it for work and when I am at home. Can do whatever you need it to do and some.

For the price you cant beat it! Does so much! And on sale

I bought two for my parents and it was shipped to my home. The sound would not work on one of them but would work if you had ear phones plugged in. The other one's sound worked but was very choppy and did not get very loud. Camera quality is not good. Good for first time users but if you are use to having a good quality tablet or Samsung Galaxy phone, this is not for you.

I bought this in early 2017 and its been a work horse. It's not as fast as the newer models but serves it's purpose. I added a 64G back then to be able to download many movies, music and other items. The added movies, music and screen can be viewed on TV via Chromecast.

Great quality. Meets our meets. You can't go wrong with a Samsung! This is our second Samsung tablet because one wasn't enough!

It was working great for the first 2 years then it started to slow down.

This is an awsome tablet from samsung it,s fast and smooth keep up the exellent work samsung i would recomend this product to a friend i am giving this product a 10 stars i would purchase this device again

so in terms of size it was what i was looking for. it stores what i want it to and it does the trick for travel. however that really is the end of the pros... this tablet lags. LIKE HELL. i have to restart it pretty frequently, and it has alot of issues playing videos on Hulu. or YouTube or something. i took it back and got a new one. maybe it was faulty? no. the same issues with a totally separate tablet. so unless i was playing something really basic like solitare. it would just lag up. im sure its not the same with all of these tablets but i just havent had a wonderful experience. so i wouldnt suggest purchasing one. but it does what i need it for. till i get a new one eventually.

I bought this for my mom. She is satisfied with the performance. I thought it was a bit heavy for the size.

I've had this for a little over a month now & it's exactly perfect. I have no problems what so ever. It's reasonably fast for the price, great screen, volume is good & it doesn't lock up. Could have put more internal memory for more apps but it's still very acceptable for the price paid.
