We've had a couple of these in the past. One for myself and my husband. I rarely ever use mine, but my husband is on his all the time. Like all the time. He recently stepped on his tablet and the screen turned black. We ended up getting him another one. He's had his for maybe like...5 years or so. It's been great and even with all the other tablets and different models that came out, we still got this one.

I really like this tablet. Easy to use and learn. Has great battery life too. Samsung has done another great job.

Always a great buy. Does not overheat and turn into a brick like the many tab A's we've gone through. Has a durable shell and is expandable via SD card. The price point beats paying for glass and lcd replacement if the user is a magician that can calculate the exact point of impact it takes to shatter the screen. The cheap plastic screen protectors have worked better for us than the glass ones.

I got this tablet for a gift and I absolutely love it. The battery life is great and the screen size is perfect.

More for kids because of the quality although it is very clear and decently fast. It’s just not as sensitive when touching it. I bought the pink rubber case for it and my daughter loves it. I can also set time limits for her to use it from my phone as well as set it so she needs my permission to download an app.

It's crystal clear. The side buttons are super sensitive n often shuts off the tablet. The home buttons are also sensitive. I just have to keep it rotated so that the buttons are on top. It's also very heavy n my hands hurt from holding it. I am looking for the right case to prop it up. I would have given it all 5 stars, but the buttons are my only complaint. We have put a liquid screen protector on it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!!!!!!!!

I ended up returning this item, nothing was wrong with it. It was going to be a gift but the person had already received one. I have an older samsung tablet and love it! I can only imagine that this newer model would also be great!

In the past year my vision has gotten very bad so I needed something to help me read on the go that I could enlarge the font size without a lot of trouble. I intended to get a Kindle, but found that this meets my needs much better.

I have enjoyed seeing movies, reading books, and enjoying a foreign language website while away from home! I have also enjoyed the camera and video app as well. With all I have enjoyed, I know I still have more to learn about this wonderful product from the Best Buy Staff and plan to do so when I can make the time. I definitely recommend this tablet without reservation! Thank you!

Bought for a child as an upgrade. No problems so far and he is enjoying the larger screen with more storage.

I needed a tablet for browsing the Internet that wasn't too expensive and and this works great for that. I wish it came with the screen mirroring like my Samsung phone has because I haven't found a good app that works offline .
