Recently upgraded from a tab A and I am loving this tablet so much! It has so many great features that make using it for daily activities so much better.

This tablet exceeded all my expectations. The 12.4" display is absolutely stunning; super sharp, vibrant, and smooth, perfect for streaming, drawing, or multitasking. The 512GB storage is a huge bonus, giving me plenty of space for everything I need. What really blew me away was the S-Pen—it’s incredibly responsive and feels natural for both writing and creative work. Battery life is strong, and the overall performance is lightning fast. Whether you’re using it for work, entertainment, or art, this is a powerhouse. Zero regrets.

Bought for my daughter in college, she loves it and does all her homework and studying with this tablet. She says she doesn't need a desktop or laptop anymore for school.

Love the tablet, but not happy with Best Buy online experience. The specific S10+ I wanted was sold through a third party on the best buy website. It's my own fault that I didn't read the fine print, but my new tablet is not covered by my Total Membership warranty and Best Buy will not honor the price match when it went on sale over black Friday. Fortunately, the S10+ is an awesome tablet and the screen size is the perfect compromise between the small standard size and the humongous ultra.

Works great. Just need to make sure NOT to sync if its for a child I just did a factory reset the next day, gave kiddo their own email, that fixed the issue. A young man at Geek Squad helped my figure it out l. I cant remember his name off hand, but he was a great help. Ordered a case; just waiting for that

What a great upgrade to my Samsung galaxy tab S2. The only thing I didn't like at first was the size. After using it for a while, I don't mind the size and in fact I like the size of it. Would buy again. Just love it.

Complete disappointment and frustration regarding this recent purchase I made through Best Buy’s online open-box selection. I ordered a tablet, which, according to Best Buy’s policies, should have been reset to factory settings before being sold. However, upon setting up the device—after purchasing a screen protector, keyboard, and case—I discovered the following issues: The tablet does not charge fully and charges at an unusually slow rate. Upon powering it on, I was met with a two-factor authentication request. When attempting to bypass it, the tablet required login credentials from the previous owner’s Google account, making the device unusable. Attempting to resolve this issue has been an absolute nightmare. I tried to contact my local Best Buy for assistance, but your customer service system does not allow direct connections to local stores. Instead, I was routed to customer support representatives who, unfortunately, were difficult to understand due to language barriers. When I requested to speak with an English-speaking representative, I was met with hostility. The agent sarcastically responded in Spanish and then told me to call back and request an English-speaking representative. Before I could respond further, she disconnected the call. This lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for my concerns is unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no way to identify the representative or escalate the issue. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but this experience has left me seriously reconsidering any future purchases. The lack of quality control on open-box items, the inability to reach local stores, and the unprofessional customer service have driven me to explore alternatives such as Amazon, where I know I will receive better service and a hassle-free return process.

Exactly what you would expect. I do like the anti reflection on the screen and the S pen feels great to use. It is really big, though, so holding it with two hands can get a little uncomfortable. I might exchange for the plus just because of the size, but if you like multitasking and drawing, then it's perfect
