    Disappointing durability for a premium accessory The Samsung S10 Book Cover Keyboard stopped working shortly after the return window at Best Buy expired. Only part of the keyboard functions, making it unreliable and unusable. For a premium-priced accessory designed specifically for this tablet, this level of durability is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity from an official Samsung product. Dont waist your money.

    Had trouble with the keys intermittently notworking or very delayed in response with this keyboard so tried another one and had same problems with it so returned both for refund.

    After a long chat text thru best buy chat. This what they sent when asking for a tablet easy for a senior to use. You see the tablet on thd pictures so i agreed cone to find i didn't read there suggestion properly and only ended up with a cover. Very disappointed

    The Samsung keyboard does not want to link with the tablet much of the time. When I attach the keyboard to the tablet very often it will not find the keyboard and it can't be used.
