Only part of the keyboard functions, making it unreliable and unusable. For a premium-priced accessory designed specifically for this tablet, this level of durability is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity from an official Samsung product. Dont waist your money.

This what they sent when asking for a tablet easy for a senior to use. You see the tablet on thd pictures so i agreed cone to find i didn't read there suggestion properly and only ended up with a cover. Very disappointed

Not just because I thought I was purchasing a tablet but because it turned out to be a case for 185.00, the same case I could purchase for 20.00 on Amazon. When I tried to call support for a return label to be mailed to me I reached an Indian in some 3rd world country that sounded like I woke him up and I had to listen to him breath for 46 minutes while he acted like he was looking something up on a computer he didn't have and didn't even ask me for my information. I will never in my life but ANYTHING from Best buy!
