Didn't know had to purchase the charger had to make another trip to fine a charger sells person should've told me that when i purchase the tablet

It looks nice and it works. But it didn’t last 10 months before I started having problems. Lg customers service is Awful and don’t want to help you. I will Never ever buy a LG product again. Good luck if you buy one. I had to wait over a month to get LG to get someone out to fix mine.

I don't use it very much.
I recently had hand surgery,
And its too slippery for me to hold on to.
I'm thinking about doing something to it to make it easier to grasp, and hold on to !!

No cases for device at store if your selling this stuff have cases for it...it cost alot of money..not happy with purchase

This is absolutely unacceptable! My Best Buy order was canceled on the very same day it was scheduled to be delivered.

I returned the tablet back to Best Buy because I couldn’t sinc the tablet to my cable provider. When I purchased the tablet nobody explained anything to me. Poor customer service.

This product has turned out to be an excellent purchase. It is extremely handy and does everything I was interested in using it for! I highly recommend and would purchase it again with out hesitation.

A really handy and useful product.
I mostly use it to read manga or watch anime.
But the battery life is great. Its not too heavy to hold. It paired with my samsung phone seamlessly, and has a great screen quality.

I needed something that would run microsoft Office programs, plus be compact enough for travel. This does everything i need it to do, and then some.
I did add a 512 memory card, the keyboard case and a bluetooth mouse, and it mimics a laptop well enough when i dont have the ability to haul so much equipment into the field.

I love it so much. It's very customizable, I love how compact it is it fits in my laptop bag without taking up much space. I use it for digital art and a bonus is that the pen doesn't need to be charged.

Amazing value. Used to replace a very old Lenovo and had Geek Squad do the initial setup and data/app transfers (highly recommended). Fast and easy to use. Much like a big Samsung phone.
