Don'y buy if you don't want to charge it everyday.

Although the size and screen resolution is great. the battery discharges too fast, whether your watching a movie or just reading. All these companies providing these tablets should be ashamed of themselves for building them without a credible means to replace the battery when it loses it ability to keep a charge. Of course thats capitalism at it's finest, Planned obsolescence. It's not worth half of the cost. I'd rather have one twice as thick with a bigger battery or even better, old school batteries that are user replaceable.

Clearly whoever listed the device online and whoever packed it both have no idea what they are doing.

Came broken. Best buy made me pay for it anyway

Was heading out of the country the next day and was gone for 2 weeks. Best buy customer service said unless I could return it in the window which I couldn't I'd have to eat the cost of the broken device. Pretty unsatisfied with this model.

Decided to check this big boy out and I haven't looked back. The screen is huge, bright and extremely responsive. Battery lasts for days. It is eye catching and feels good in the hands, yes you'll need both. The s pen is nice to be included and is not a separate expensive purchase. Overall very satisfied with this tablet.

Purchasing at Best Buy was easy and quick. I had to purchase a portfolio case online to ship to my home due to the color I wanted and it came the next day!
