This has been the worst experience using best buy. DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX. you think you are getting a good deal, but then you are given the wrong tablet. I purchased a 1tb tab 11 and they gave me a 256gb. Best Buy has the worst customer service since they know there is no other electronics company left. I will definitely start shopping elsewhere after this

As I've gotten older, I've become tired of tablets being being just small enough to turn pdfs and comics into digest sized pages where I need to zoom in on pages to read properly. Finally, a tablet with a screen large enough to match the actual page size of actual books. This is my primary use for the tablet, and while I'm sure I'm underutilizing it, I'm delighted with it. The display is nice and clear, with no lag changing between apps. The battery has been lasting me a couple of days before I need to recharge, but I haven't been doing anything heavy, so I'd say its been taking about 6 hours of screen time before getting down to 30%. Network connections have been fast and easy. Everything runs quickly and smoothly enough that I've considered upgrading my Windows to use the tablet for remote use. The tablet very thin, almost half the thickness of the A9. This makes it nice and lightweight, but I worry about durability while traveling, especially given the length.

I'm a Samsung user and believe in the ecosystem except the tablet. Apple seems to have perfected it with nice display, native apps, and long battery lives. I've had a couple Samsung tablets before but were awful. I grabbed as an open box and took a chance because of its screen size and it blew me away. The speakers are decent, it's razor thin, and it's zippy. Very zippy. The only thing keeping this from being perfect is LTE capability. You won't regret buying it.

I am loving the Tab S11 with the exception of not having a secured place for the pen. Not cool to take that away and I've already misplaced it so not good. It is fast a bit larger than what I am used to. The speakers are wonderful very clear, and it hold tons of storage. Love the AI features very bright display it is awesome.

Wonderful screen, great size for multitasking. Switched over form an iPad Pro and really enjoy the flexibility of Android. Very fast tablet. Works seamlessly as a second screen for my Win laptop. Not as "pretty" or simple as the iOS interface, but much more flexible and powerful for a productivity use case.

I had a Tab S7 and upgraded to the S11 Ultra. The DEX mode is way different and seems more like a cell phone mode unless you're using a wireless monitor. Not sure why Samsung thought this was a good idea. It's almost impossible to rotate apps to landscape mode even after forcing in the Labs. It is definitely faster and looks great. Just going to take a lot to get used to. I'm not sure I can recommend this machine though.
