Not bad for the price

Was bummed to find out the stylus is magnetic as is the tablet. Nice if you want to stick it to your fridge and work on it but useless otherwise. It is strong enough to hold the stylus on the side but not travel strong. Other than this, the tablet comes as advertised. Just dont stick it in the same bag as your magnetic compass on a hike ;)

Great for a tablet, but not as good as an ereader.

It suited all of my purposes except that I was trying to use it as a ereader and note taker, and it doesn't use e-ink. Eink is just better on eyes than a tablet, so I returned it. But it is definitely powerful enough to do anything. It is too heavy and rather large as well for reading purposes.

Highlighting & Stylus Issues

The stylus pen has its issues. As he tries to highlight at times it highlights everything instead of just the few words he's run the pen over. Then at times it won't allow him to erase highlights, really?!!! Very frustrating & not dependable. We are very disappointed in Samsung. He went from Apple to Samsung & is sorry he did. He uses his tablet for several important things & needed it to be dependable for his highlights & notes. Tablet doesn't respond to his highlights at times as I said. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED in this S series model! EXPECTED BETTER FROM SAMSUNG! Waste of money. Almost $300 to be exact! My 2015 Tab A works better in the areas where he needs it, but it is too slow for his needs. Probably go back to Apple.

Great for taking notes

It has been great so far (~1 month). With this use, I charge it 2 to 3 times a week. I also use the mirroring option for connecting it to a Samsung TV. Connectivity with Samsung air buds is also instant. I like having this device for connecting with non-apple products!
