It's easy to use and beyond functional. This is my first Samsung product and I am now considering switching my phone to a Samsung- this has been a great experience. I have had my tablet for about a month and am still absolutely in love. It handles my apps well, there have been zero glitches and each option I select runs smoothly. I highly recommend it.

Awesome tablet, but......

I just had a problem with the purchase I made from BestBuy. The tablet came with a previous user pin, dirt, and there was no way to use it, so I had to send it back, which was over an additional week in waiting. You will find no problems with this tablet, and it does an excellent job for writing or drawing. BestBuy just needs to do better with quality control.
