The tablet was dirty, seemed like it was used as a display - sticky residue on the back that came off with goo gone. Overall only had cosmetic damage aside from missing the pen, everything works well with no damage.

Do NOT Buy Open-Box

Tablet black was damaged, charger missing, no S-Pen, and when I tried to return it it was a hassle. Thankfully, after nearly 20-30 minutes the team at best buy was able to work out the return.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely filthy...it seems that a previous owner had something stuck on the back that just won't come off...It came in a generic oversized box with nothing else...not even the pen...I was so appalled I returned it without even turning it on.
