The tablet is very functional and easy to carry around vs. a laptop. The only drawback is the function of moving the tablet from the keyboard from one spot to another the tablet becomes detached easily. I now know to close the tablet before I move it. No USB port I had to buy an additional part to get that feature. Overall I am satisfied with the tablet. It's very sleek looking and professional when conducting business to my clients.

I've wanted a TabPro S for a while now but felt it was limited having only 4GB of memory and 126GB of storage with no way to expand it. Otherwise, its speed, gorgeous graphics and weight were all positives in its favor. With this release it now has 8GB of Ram and its storage has been increased to 256GB which is much better if you want your system for more than just surfing the web. I'm looking forward to now being able to truly push this really nice tablet/laptop. :)

It's responsive, great size and I like the keyboard doesn't need to be charged separately. A little pricey, but not bad compared to what it does. I would've given it 5 stars, but the pen storage isn't ideal, it is on the outside of the case, and the have already had to replace it for broken tip, from being in purse.

I would recommend this tablet to anyone who is looking for a powerful portable unit that will do most tasks. Pros: Crisp screen, 256GB SSD Drive, 8GB ram. Ultra portable and thin, full version of windows 10. Cons: Battery management thru windows. Seems like it should last longer. Port adapter not included. Only (1) USB C port that doubles as the charging port. Included keyboard feels to flimsy and doesn't want to stay connect when in laptop orientation.

I like the 8 Gig RAM and the 256 storage. The screen shows very good movies but some times it gets darker automatically and its annoying. It works well as a lap top and its nice that it comes with a key board but I am disappointed that the tablet mode is very awkward. I wish I could switch between windows 10 and marshmallow 6..1. I wonder, if microchips can have Quad cores and Octa cores, can lap tops and tablets have two different operating systems so we can switch between them depending on what we want to do instead of companies falsely advertasing 2-in-1 equipment. The galaxy tab pro s is a great touch screen lap top but it comes way short of being a tablet. I am keeping this lap top because I like the memory size, the screen resolution, it does not get hot and make that annoying fan sound, I can detach the keyboard and I can use a pen to take notes and show them on an LCD projector.

I purchased this item over the Memorial Day weekend when Best Buy had a big sale and got $400 off the MSRP. The tablet runs Windows 10 and I have the same operating system on a desktop at home and at work, so I am familiar with the program. I like the fact it came with a combo cover and keyboard. The keyboard is not really sturdy, and not backlit like others have complained about, but I have gotten over the short comings of the keyboard, at least it works. I like the fact it converts from laptop to tablet when removing from the case which is held in place by a strong magnet. What attracted me to this tablet is the fact it has a 256GB solid state hard drive, very quiet and does not run hot, and it has 8GB of RAM to help run multiple applications. Unfortunately, you will need to purchase the pen separately which runs about $80, but could be cheaper if you catch a good sale. It does not come with software to write word documents, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc., so you will have to purchase that yourself. It comes pretty much devoid of any major software, but on a good note you can put whatever you want on the tablet and make it your own. My understanding is this 2-n-1 is on its way out as the new Samsung Galaxy Book is taking its place, hence the reason it's on sale. However, I rather pay $600 instead of $1,300 for a 2-n-1 that's same/similar.

Very happy with this tablet. Core M processor is very snappy. No noticeable speed difference from my Surface with I-5. Screen is incredible. Keyboard is better than surface. Battery life if about the same. Feels very premium and sturdy. Love the gold color and leather feel case.

speed and portability is where this unit gets top marks from me. even though it's plastic, everything has a very premium metallic look to it. the leather keyboard case is a bonus. The magnetic latch to hold the screen in place in pc mode is fairly solid except if you try to hold it in your lap or some other uneven surface. it's pretty easy for it to slide out and land on the floor! If not for this design flaw i would give it a 4.5 at least.

Can't believe how powerful and a workhorse this Pro series Tab is. Does get a bit warm in the top right corner back. Have also had to be careful of it staying on while closed and in laptop case. Love it so much I purchased a second one for my college student. She is so happy with it she's sold her iPad.

Though I already have two laptops (one used as desktop attached to large monitor) and a Galaxy S tablet, I bought TabPro S for travel because of its portability (light weight and compact) and its running on the Win10 system. In addition, I trust the Samsung brand due to my long term experience with their products. The TabPro S, so far, has proven to be an excellent choice. The gold color also makes it a good looking device. Even better, it performs as good as it looks. There's plenty of computing capacity running on the 6th gen Intel Core 3 processor. The HD graphics are excellent. In addition, Bluetooth and dual-band wireless make for quick and easy connectivity. Also, if you buy it on sale, as I did, you really get a lot of bang for the bucks! It's all good so far! As I write this, it is still on sale, so grab one while you can!

I have had this tablet for almost a year now and it had proven to be exactly what i needed. Thought it would be slightly to big since i was coming from a 10.1 however the size is nice. i can sit it on my lap and not feel like I'm straining to see everything. Battery has kept strong too over the months of videos and streaming done.

This machine was amazing... at first. But what’s the point in investing money in something that’s supposed to last long term if it’s going to be a waste? I paid a good penny for this 2n1 only for it to stop charging in 3 months. The space it has and the speed are amazing, but what’s the point if I can’t take full advantage when it won’t even make it to 100% after being on the charger for 13 hours? I’ve done all the quick fixes on the Samsung forum, but none of them help and I’m not the only one with this problem. 3 stars for the 3 good months I had.

i was very skeptical at first but it was on sale on the deal of the day and i needed to replace my travel laptop with something lighter but with full PC capability. This tablet computer answered the call. Let's be clear, this is not a full replacement for a rugged laptop but if you are PC based this really does serve a purpose when traveling. I own an iphone and ipad but this is really much more with full pc capability. I don't think it is necesserarily worth the full retail price but you can snag it with a nice sale discount or as the deal of the day, it is worth the price. it does get a little getting used to and if you need a full blown laptop replacement this is going to feel a bit flimsy. it performs as advertsed and I am very happy with it so far.

This tablet is a great buy at the price. It has plenty of power to handle any applications for music, art, video editing. I was able to run Photoshop, Premiere Elements and Reaper on the TabPro. It's very light weight, has beautiful graphics, and a perfect size. I much prefer the TabPro to the Surface Pro 4. The keyboard is solid unlike the Microsoft keyboard for the Surface, which I did'nt care for. The only problem I had with the TabPro was that it only offered USB C ports. I have since discovered there are many USB C hubs to support any peripherals you may have with the older connectors.

Overall its a good machine, has an awesome screen is very light and portable. Some flaws however, the keyboard is sometimes unresponsive and I have to unattach and attach several times to get it to work. The stand which is attached to the keyboard is just lame. I don't use this for a lot of computing mostly tablet stuff and its been fine for that

Love my new Samsung tablet. It has replaced my laptop. And could easily effectively replace any other pc I use. For every day web surfing and common task, It is what I have been waiting for in terms of shrinking the size of our modern every day computing devices. I can bring this tablet with me anywhere and have my entire personal computing and entertainment world on hand along with full video resolution and connectivity. Sure, the processor in this tablet will not keep up with demanding applications or gaming, but that isn't the point. I can keep several browser tabs open with video and for the most part it runs smooth. That's all I need. The only thing I can wish for on this tablet would be an actual usb and hdmi port versus the usb c port requiring an adapter. But I won't even let that take a star away because for certain applications That is a benefit. I bought a 22" monitor and made a bracket on the back of it to hold this tablet. So I have a sleek all in one pc on my desk which I can simply slide the heart (Samsung Tablet) out of and take with me. I also have a couple extra usb c adapters connected to other screens (bedroom, work, den, etc) so I no longer need multiple devices at different physical access points in my life. One device. Carry with me everywhere, view on any larger screen when necessary. And still have a large enough screen on the device itself to be used on your lap. I could go on about this tablet, but I'll just leave it with...highly recommend.

This tablet is awesome for anyone who wants to have a super portable Windows 10 machine for average usage such as office work and college documentation. The core M3 processor performs quite well under regular usage with no lag or hiccups. The machine does not get hot like the full blown core I machines. On the other hands, this machine is not build for gamers and heavy video editors. 1. Screen: gorgeous screen for video consuming 2. Battery: from 4 to 7 hrs depending on specific usage 3. Build quality: OK 4. Keyboard: mediocre with small trackpad 5. Fast charging time: around 2.5 hrs 6. Camera: don' expect much from this. It is not a phone to begin with.

When I saw it at the Samsung display at Best Buy, I knew this is what I had been looking for. Size, memory, keyboard, it all is great. Only drawback is the case can collapse if you are not careful and it seems a bit flimsy, but I wouldn't trade the quality of the laptop for anything. Would I buy it again?? Definitely I would !!
