Unfortunately I thought this was just an android tablet, it was a windows-based unit like a surface which I already had. I return the item but it was very sleek-looking and easy to use l, just not what I needed.

Dynamic device, but should buy it new as there was something wrong with this one not wanting to power up. Better get this year's version.

Great product, extremely fast and easy to carry around in a purse or backpack. This replaces a laptop and has the convenience of a tablet if desired.

I am very happy with my purchase, the keyboard connection could better however this doesn't affect my use of the tablet hybrid it just takes some getting use to. I also bought the USB-C,HDMI,USB adapter which I would recommend if you want to plug anything into this tablet.

Is very speed and starting the memory is low and storage

I use this to write up the study material for classes I teach. It works great for this.

This item is better that any other lap top I have purchased. I could not not one thing about it to complain. I am so happy with it. By the way it is completely user friendly

I did read the reviews, and the concern I had was that keyboard. Did not imagine that the reviews I read about the keyboard would be true. I hate to have paid for an item, and you can't get any relief for your issue. I have decided to just work through the problem and keep my tablet. Now I am seeing lines going across the screen. I have no idea as to why this is occurring.

Great small laptop. Bought to use for college. This does the trick.

Machine serves well as both a laptop and a tablet. Only complaint is that there should be one full size USP port.

screen is amazing ... it's thin and light ... excellent built quality ... keyboard is not that good ... I use tablet mode most of the time so no complaint..

Everything about the computer was great for its size except the battery. To tell you the truth I did not get to really test the battery and only read a few reviews about the length of the battery life. I was in between computers and I needed something a little more powerful and really long battery life. I recommend the computer though if it fits your needs

My 1st product of this type....large learning curve but Geek Squad has been very helpful....still not 1000% sure that I made the right decision to go from a large screen laptop to this product.

This tablet and keyboard work great. The keyboard acts as the cover and once and a whileaf it will slip when I'm switching to computer mode. That's the only downside I have found. Some reviews said the keyboard was hard to get use to but I had no problems. It's great for a tablet but remember it's not like the surface which has a computer processor.

Excellent 2 in 1. I have used this for more than 2 months now and it is one of my best buys so far. Light weight, fast processing, easy to carry.

Perfect for travel. Light, fast, and easy to pack. You can bring all of your MICROSOFT office products with you. Keyboard is acceptable. Not perfect, but a good travel compromise. The positioning of the tablet and keyboard allows you to easily work with it on your lap. Battery life is on par with my iPad Pro 12". Can use it off and on all day and have battery life left over at the end of the day. We purchased 3 more for our traveling employees. Remember to purchase the power and USB accessory in order to transfer data via USB at 3.0 speed.

Samsung makes a great product. Pros: Screen quality is great. The picture is beautiful. Very responsive. Cons: No built in card reader. Have to buy an adapter to use a USB and HDMI. The keyboard feels cheap. The attachment is flimsy. Less expensive 2 in 1's do a much better job.

This laptop looks so fancy. I love it. especially keyboards.

Good for light use would be nice if it included the pen

So far, I'm liking the new tablet/pc. However, I was sold an SD card by the best buy staff and this piece doesn't have SD cards. Apparently, you have to use a cloud service for storage. I'm still getting used to the tablet, so it's hard to give a full review.
