Prior to this watch I used a Fitbit watch. The new watch offers many other options over the Fitbit but the basics are the same. It connected easily to my phone, it allows me to respond to texts and take phone calls through the watch which doesnt happen often but its a nice option to have. My only complaint is battery life. I wish the battery life was better, its not awful. I charge it almost daily which is not too bad. Based on the watchs performance im willing to put up with that minor issue. Bottom line is im happy with my move from Fitbit to Samsung watch.

My husband just had to have one after I purchased mine on Black Friday. We found an Open Box one online for a good price. It was in perfect condition so we proceeded to purchase it. My husband absolutely loves it! If it didnt have to be charged, he would never take it off. Its a must have.

Excellent watch I love it for the fact that it actually helped me with my blood pressure bottomed out and it contacted my wife for me It would be nice when they get my watch back in stock so I can get the right color

Cannot be set up with Verizon Mobile Plan. Even says device is not compatible when entering the IMEI into Verizon's website: https://www.verizon.com/sales/byod/devicedetails/imei.html?from=ddot&lineNum=1

I can not get my watch to connect to verizon. I bought this version so I could have LTE connection.

Everything works as it should asside from overheating when listening to music or making a phone call with LTE (AT&T) within 3 minutes. If its connected to your phone there is no overheating issues.

Bought a watch for me and wife. This one is the larger one and works great. Moved to this from an older Fitbit. As this was bought when first available, there were problems activating LTE. The number of apps/functions is growing. So far it works great. Only con is with Samsung options on security. Screen locks a lot and is a pain to unlock at times. That's needed when using Samsung Pay. At night unless in screen lock mode it will sometimes turn on when you cross arms/bump hand on it, etc. Figure it will work out more over time. LTE service is not everything they make it out to be. I thought I could send text/call and use MY number when phone isn't nearby. That's not the case. It will use a secondary number from the carrier. A bit misleading. Battery life sucks. Not going to sugar coat it. Do not trust Samsung's usage numbers. I'm mostly charging this thing daily or AT MOST every 1.5-1.75 days. I'm hoping this will improve. Now this is a SMART watch, not a plain fitness tracker. So it does a LOT more. You may have to tune/tweak notifications, volume, etc. to improve battery. But disappointed in the battery life thus far.

This smartwatch is excellent in all areas and features, working seamlessly with your Samsung phone. With a good selection of color and band options, you won't wrong with the bells and whistles that come with Samsung's Wear ecosystem, which is snappier than before and a bit more intelligent in the digital assistant department (Bixby). This watch is highly customizable, stylish, and comfortable to wear nonstop! There are plenty of watch faces to choose from as well. The only drawback is in battery life, but that is to be expected if you exercise a lot, have a lot of features active, or use cellular service. At most, you can expect to get upwards to two days of battery life with general use, but expect to need a daily charge if you work out once, take a call, or leave some features turned on all the time that takes a toll on the battery, but the watch will inform you of these in settings. What's a great feature is whenever you may inadvertently leave your phone behind (a lovely safety feature), the watch will send an alert. If you want the perfect smartwatch that completely syncs with the Samsung ecosystem, you have to get a Galaxy Watch!

This watch was an open box item but was in brand new condition. Pick up was quick and transaction was seamless. Great experience

I first bought this watch from samsung but it had battery life problems. I returned it and planned on getting a new one from samsung but best buy had stock so I got one from Best Buy. Once my battery didnt have a problem, i fell in love with the watch almost instantly! This is my first watch ever, let alone a smart watch so the bar isn't set too high. However, this watch really motivates me to go out and exercise. I love that it auto tracks my sleep and my heartbeat and any walks over 10 minutes. The biggest downside is that it will not connect to verizon LTE. I contacted both verizon and samsung and it looks like its ongoing problem. I'm hoping it gets fixed soon but i docked one star for that. I've actually already recommended this watch to a friend. I heard the battery life is not great compared to some other watches, but like i said, its my first watch

This is my first smart watch and it is really a great value for all it does, tracking my steps each day, calories burned, overall activities etc. I really like the ability to change all the faces of the watch. It's like having a new watch each day! I highly recommend this as an entry level solid and high value smart Samsung watch.

I avoided getting a smartwatch for years because I didn't think I needed one. Now that I have one I'm surprised by the productivity enhancements it provides. I don't miss calls or texts anymore. I no longer miss appointments or oversleep. My grilled food doesn't get burned. And my workouts have the perfect amount of rest time between sets. I wish it integrated better with music and video services such as Spotify and Youtube. FLAC audio compatibility would be nice also. But it reinvents personal productivity, and I'm sure it will just get better. I recommend a screen protector and a bumper guard.

Bought this to upgrade from my Watch 3. Got a lot of use out of it. Only thing was it when using it on a call, would frequently overheat.

Wear it to this day and bought it in 2021. Battery is worse than the previous generation drains after a day and a half.

Loved this watch. I returned because after a year battery life went down .. got a full refund Bec asw I bought the 2 year protection doesn't have bp monitor either in USA so took off another star
