This is my second experience with the Galaxy 4 watch. l am still experiencing the following. Battery doesn't stay charge as long as my Samsung Galaxy Classic 3 and the speaker sound is distorted. This is the worse experience that l have ever had with a smart watch!!!

I may have received a defective galaxy watch 4 Classic LTE. When I raise my wrist to see the time.. it doest not light or show up... I have to tap 3 times to see the time. Tried to change this in watch settings... no success.. I will take it back to best buy to see if they can fix or exchange.

My husband has a non LTE and it works fine. I had two new LTE watches that did the exact same thing and Samsung was impossible to deal with - they said they are unfixable - the LTEs don't work unless you have a carrier that has a line dedicated for a watch. Best Buy has been awesome but Samsung has been terrible. I have used Samsung products for 13 years and this is the first complaint I have ever had. They say they are going to give me a refund for my 2nd brand new watch but we shall see. If you are going to buy one - don't buy LTE until they update software or check with your carrier about a dedicated watch line.

Expensive mistake. Besides not being user friendly it does not hold a charge. I hardly use any apps or features and the battery won't last for 24 hours.
