the product so far has been great but what was best was the best buy staff when i needed to return my initial apple product and the availability of the samsung rep to walk me through and even set up everything in the app and sync it with my phone. i haven't always had a good experience with best buys but this trip really helped balance the two previous bad experiences!

i thought this watch would be better than my garmin fenix 6 pro solar but being able to text, make phone calls, and the other things that can be done that my garmin cannot do aren't worth it. i rather have the extremely long battery life and the maps and map features that come with a garmin watch

Good watch the only thing is that i dont wven have half a year woth it and the black around the screen is falling off its pealing
