    My Watch5 was great when it worked properly. It was problematic from the start, within a months it died on me at least 5 times, and less than 1 year since I purchased (Sep. 2022) its completely dead. I went back to using my 6 yrs old Fitbit, which has not failed once since I had it. I'll be reaching out to Samsung support soon, but I will not be surprised if nothing gets done.
