Nice watch. Works as it should. Though it came with free LTE for 2 years, it still needs to be connected to your phone via bluetooth to call and talk through the watch. So no leaving phone at home and just using the watch.

This product is stylish and convenient, I love the features and the 1 year free mobile plan that came with my purchase saving me hundreds in monthly cellular payments!!

Don’t know why I waited so long to get one of these should’ve did a years ago

This purchase was very important to me. I had fallen recently in my home and could not walk to a phone to get help. The watch has the capability to call in emergency situation. It also counts the steps as I walk throughout the day.

Was a great replacement for my Galaxy Ultra. I really liked the thinner profile.

Unit was great, the size of the display made texting a lot easier and the color was sleek

So far I like it. It hasn't been long since I got it.

Loved the classic watch design with the rotating bezel. And the available watch faces are way better than what's available compared to an Apple Watch. Only issue I had was it took too many presses/swipes to get to doing smart watch "stuff" (texting, apps, etc.). Battery life is just ok.

I would give the watch itself a 4 or maybe a 4.5 BUT the whole 2 years free google fi wireless service is a SCAM intended to get you to buy the watch from BB. As others have reported, it does not work and after hours and hour and hours on the phone and going into the BB store, while we finally got the 2 years free offer to pop up on the watch….. finally…. It didn’t work. No one at either BB or google knows anything about this advertised 2 years free. Literally nothing. Talk about an exercise in frustration. Do better Best Buy - false advertising and then total failure on tech support (for a longtime total tech member) is not the Best Buy I used to know and frequent.

Smoothest interface interaction and touch screen so far. New health features are nice and workout monitoring are getting more advanced with this model.
