I had the fold 4 before the fold 5 and while it failed me near the 1 year mark (full refund from Samsung) I still went with the newer model, because of the refund. This model may or may not fail me later but it is so much better on my eyes at 64 years old that I don't want to go back!

Love this phone, perfect size. Was initially concerned about the narrow outer display & battery life. After a week, those concerns were gone. First Samsung phone, may not be the last. Great to open up for a greater viewing experience & multi-tasking.

My granddaughter was just so grateful. Arrived in great condition and no problems. My granddaughter was soooo happy. She had waited for so long for me to get my funds together. It also was in perfect crisp shape. Came a couple days after ordering it. Over a week early then stated. Thank you!!!

Has lots of features to multi task. Big screen design can let me watch my movies and loud speakers. GREAT FOR VISON AND HEARING! Buying extra protection incase of accidents from best buy gives me the peace of mind.

Great product and makes awesome pictures. Got it for $300 less than retail price.

It has so many new options it can be overwhelming. I am sure with time I will be able to just automatically go to the area that I need. Keep up the good work.

My first foldable and i love it. Camera is great, battery life is great for a spectacular display. So useful for work and play.

This destroys the pixel fold in every way! Software is amazing hardware is perfected speeds are super fast. Google puts out an ancient hardware phone with a slow processor and wants to compete with a super phone. The z fold 5 is the phone to get the brightness of the screen way better than the dim pixel screen. The sound quality is way better louder and more immersive! Im sock of google paying people to life for their garbage hardware they have been pushing out to the public.

the phone is great. it is like holding an ipad or tablet in your hand. Light weight and takes great pictures. It is not bulky like other phones.

This is my 2nd zfold. I like it due to the fact that it unfolds and becomes bigger. In terms of the camera it takes goo pictures.

Absolutely a great phone. Ive had it now for over 6 months and just love it. The screen size is awesome.

i had the Samsung s22 ultra before this and its a big upgrade from that with the display and all the apps adapt to the phone not stretching or blank space when using. the only bad in my opinion is the battery is much smaller and only 25 watt charging max. the camera on it is good just not compared to the other Samsung flagship phones like s22 or s23.

Awesome upgrade! The screen folding mechanics are much improved in this version. Thinner build. Same quality. Love the new form factor. Hopefully the screen will last longer than 2 yrs this time around. The Fold 3's screen started squeaking when it's opened and closed.

I went from a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to this. I had high hopes for being able to do quick work stuff on it, at least as easily as with my old phone. Unfortunately, this phone does not process very quickly and although I like keyboard functions that only work when you can use two hands. When the screen is closed, the front screen is small, and using that keyboard is harder. All in all, it's not the phone for me. Im going back to my S22 until there is a new version of that phone.

very good cellphone when you unfold the screen wow excellent although we would like the main screen to be bigger.
