I'm on a weightloss journey that will take over a year to complete. I needed something easy to use, smart, tough and multifunctional. This fit the bill so I checked it out a bunch before I bought. I was pretty happy right from the start though and even moreso, once I got it set up how I like. I've had it two months now and it's definitely helped me hit goals. I know where I am with steps, calories, water intake and sleep. I would recommend this to anyone with a Samsung smartphone.

I have had a fitbit and it was fine for a couple of weeks but it crashed after that. This Samsung gear fit2 is much better. I have been using it for a couple months and it has performed flawlessly.

Purchased this item for the HRM mainly with the added benefit of carrying music with me with no need for my phone. Connecting to my phone and using SHealth is simple and data is transferred hands free once set-up is completed. I wear this device 24/7, I do shower daily and remove the device, and have had no issues. The device is accurate enough for my needs but may not be for health nuts.

I like this Gear as it is very easy to use and is very helpful when getting emails and text in as you don't always have to pull your phone out to see who or what it is. Accurately tracks my exercise , steps and heart rate. I like the alarm feature as when my phone goes off with an alarm it also goes off on my Gear.

this is a very good wearable for what it does - face is very touch accurate and it has a decent amount of functionality. However, as a sports device, how does this not have better water protection? Would easily be a 5 star with improved water resistance and battery life. Good wearable, just know its limitations.

The screen went out on mine about 3 months after purchase. I got a black spot and a week later a red vertical line on the screen. Luckily i had purchased geek squad protection and was able to just exchange it at my local best buy. Love this watch and very accurate, but please make sure you get geek squad protection, it saved me from a headache with the manufacturer.

I bought this watch for my dad for Christmas and he loves it. It isn't hard for him to use and you can change the background so it has bigger letters. He can use it up to 2 or 3 days with out charging it. The battery life on it is pretty good and it tracks his step how many miles and calories he burned in a day and your heart rate. He loves it I used to have the first Gen of this watch and the screen was really tuff. Great product I am going to buy one for my mom too..

As always Best Buy recommended a great smart watch that is simply amazing! It was so great I had to go back and purchase one for my beautiful wife and we are so pleased with the Samsung Smart Fit 2 ! It truly is amazingly handy -it notifies you when your phone rings you can read your text message and emails- it monitors your pulse rate and your sleep As well has your calories- how many stairs you climb- steps you take-out plays music. And it is a wristband made of genuine .

Since I got my for Christmas I have purchase 2 more for family members. I like the fact we can connect together threw app to help each other get more steps. I like it show heart monitor without having to wear chest monitor too. Watch look nice where looks like actually watch and not step counter. Does show notifications but runs battery down if you have all of them on. I have my edit just to show few ones. The watch is easy to set up and to understand how to work it.

This is the fitness tracker I have been waiting for (GPS, heart rate monitor, and media player). If it were not for the lack luster battery life, this would absolutely deserve 5 stars. If you plan on using the GPS function, plan on charging the device nearly everyday. The smartwatch features are also a bonus!

Does not last more than 2 1/2 days without charging, once it goes bellow 15% it will ask for power saver mode. Charges fast. Great for keeping track of your steps, not great for tracking the floors. Lets you answer phone calls and read text messages. Tells you to keep moving every 50 minutes.

My husband and I have had these for over 2 years now and still work great. The battery life maybe only last 1 day but you have the option to have it on a battery save mode which is great as well. You can see text messages and have simply replys and you can also see notifications from other apps like email. I can also time my works, count my daily steps and it monitors my sleep. Definitely a good buy.

My original Gear Fit was dying and I was in need of a new one. After looking at all of the other options, I really wanted to stay with something familiar. Love my the new Gear fit!!!

This fitness watch is a real value for money, competitors are no where near the price range for the features offered. It has an excellent display and cool options to stylize the faces. The feature I like the most is the step count and idle time reminder that alerts and motivates to walk. The watch has perfect weight as it is very light on the hand unlike traditional watches and the curve built sits good on the wrist. Has a sophisticated and stylish look.

Let's just start by saying I don't like watches...I take them off every time, I'm in front of a keyboard. That said, I have had this one for over two weeks with out feeling the need to remove it. It feels great. So, the Gear Fit 2 then, it works great and no significant battery lost on phone, I've found it stays charged for about 3 days. Love to wake up, with out waking up the wife. Hate to know how much coffee I've had a day...but still plugging it in

I had the Gear Fit 1 for two years before this upgrade. This product is much more informative and "smart". It has many more features than the previous model. The heart rate seams to be within 5 beats accuracy of a chest strap when working out. The battery life is about 3 days on normal use with the recommended battery saving options applied (Samsung states 4 days). Overall, I would buy again and am happy with this purchase after a month of use.

This is a good fitness watch and a solid smartwatch. Unfortunately, its interface is not very elegant and despite it being slightly more capable as a smartwatch than something like the MS Band 2, the interface of the Fit 2 is pretty clunky and obtuse. Most of the nice watch faces cost money, the S-health app is not my favorite, and doesn't link up with myfitnesspal at all which is what I use for calorie counting. And I would really like to see support for wearing itbon the inside of the wrist. But it does have a nice screen and impressive battery life and recharges very quickly. Easily lasting 2 days and fully recharging in just over an hour, or recharging after a days use in he time it takes me to take a shower in the morning. Also, the music controls work even if another device with music controls is connected, which is nice. Overall it's a solid little watch at a good price for someone who likes a sporty look/subtle smartwatch or who wants to check out the smartwatch experience on a budget.
