Bought it to track activity but this watch does alot more. Does not have a mic or speaker but it's perfect for tracking all types of activities, including swimming. Great display and all app alerts.

This watch his great. I ungraded from the gear fit. the screen is bigger and its user friendly I got to get it in my favorite color. its great for fitness use and I never miss a phone call or text message.

Works great and looks great. Nice design for people with small wrists that other smartwatch brands tend to be uncomfortable on.

This fits nice and does not irritant your skin. GPS works grate. A better smartwatch than Fitbit sense I have Samsung phone.

I really love this watch it really is super accurate with regards to keeping up with my sleep my steps and I can check my heart rate whenever I want so just super convenient love it.

Samsung has done it again! I was first on board when fit bit debuted and have been an avid advocate for them; that being said, gear fit 2 does everything fit bit does and more! I can customize my gear fit 2, download apps, listen to music, answer texts, read emails set silent alarms, check my heart rate, monitor my sleep, check the weather and more best part I don't need my phone to do any of it. The only downside is that the battery will only last about a day and a half.

Great fitness watch very accurate. The GPS is excellent for any cyclists, runner etc. Most have if you own a Samsung phone.

The Gear Fit 2 is overall pretty good. The problems I have with it is the band that comes loose at times allowing the Gear Fit fall off. I ordered a magnetic band through Amazon....problem solved. Also it does not always count accurately..... when pushing a cart at walmart, it doesn't give you steps because your arm isn't swinging.... tried doing the cart with one hand lol but doesn't work so good. BUT it has a PHONE LOCATOR on it and that's worth the price of the Gear Fit2 :)

After months of research, I narrowed down my options to the Gear Fit 2 or the fitbit Blaze. I really like fitbit's app a lot, but I just didn't love the size of the Blaze. The Gear Fit was much more comfortable and I own a samsung phone, so I bought it. Turns out, I love it! I can set a target pace for my runs, the GPS is nice with music, so I don't have to take my phone running if I don't want to. I also own a TomTom runner, which I gave to my son. The Gear Fit replaced it just fine. I haven't been impressed with sleep tracking. But I don't use it and that's not why I bought the gear fit. If you don't need to be part of the fitbit community, this is an excellent fitness tracker.

This device works and records steps as it is supposed to and even the messages or calls from the phone show alerts quickly

It has everything you need to track your fitness and set goals. It even maps out your runs and checks your heart rate. I wear it ever day to make sure I'm hitting my steps goal and running goal.

My first sport watch. It is best ever in my opinion.I love how much it keeps my target tracking, even sleep patterns. I don't like the fact it doesn't last far more than 2 days without charge.

Very nice upgrade in quality from the Gear FIT. Much smaller, more comfortable, I knocked off a star because the bad fits, snaps correctly but easily falls off if you bump the rubber band. Already lost the device once. Went out and bought another. Wish Samsung would upgrade the band. Software and usability is great. Knocked another star off because samsung refuses to admit the bad has a flaw.

Loving the features of the new Samsung Gear Fit 2! The only thing that it doesn't have that I expected was the ability to know when i was doing certain activities, however, it does not automatically recognize when i am walking vs. running vs. on the elliptical as was advertised. I have to tell the watch to start tracking activities before it will. Otherwise, it's a great fitness watch. The sleep tracker is quite detailed and insightful and the phone app is easy to sync and track info.

First the battery does not last at all like is described my last 1.5 days and that is it. I also average about 90 floors a day! um no! I had the Fitbit Charge HR before this and I feel that is much more accurate around steps and floors and sleep. I do love the smart aspect though - i wish the fitbit showed phone and message info. The fit and comfort is great. I highly suggest a screen protector

This watch, I love it. When I'm workout or just going out. It track my steps, my sleep and it also has schedule.

Great to keep track of steps and heart rate. Have used different fitness watches but none come close to the gear fit 2. Durable built, accurate heart rate (tested) and long lasting battery

Easy to set up, all features work perfect, downloaded the app on my iPhone to sync it and no problems even it is a Samsung gadget, very helpful to track my walking and calories count.

Upgrade from Gear 1 and found the brace much secure, well design and useful functions; easy paired with my phone.

Purchased this in lieu of a fit bit and its OK. The auto start function only works about 70% of the time when cycling. Charge lasts about 3-4 days when GPS enabled. But who really checks their sleep anyway so just charge it at night. Paired pretty quickly with the phone but bypassed the operational page apps. Neat little free add-ons but just for bling nothing actaully functionally worth it. I would recommend it but not for DIE-HARD fitness people who track EVERYTHING.
