I had my self stuck between two different watches this and the motor but I must say I enjoy this one much more. It has the heart rate monitor and pedometer including and easy way to change out the watch bands. 4 gb internal for apps just make sure your cell has some space to for what ever apps you want to synchronize with such has Google fit. Lol and may I add battery for me even with the new update seems to last a day and a half but I also have the screen off one with tilt on or tap.

If you are looking a smartwatch and you have different cell phones, then you should buy this one; the operating system is better than tizen (in my opinion) and you can use not only with samsung but with Motorola, sony, htc, etc

Bought as open item on Jan 16. Wasn't ever even worn, still had plastic on it. Today, March 27, the device turned off and now won't turn on or charge. Should be covered by warranty, but thankfully I got the accidental 2yr protection. I loved it up until today. Never abused, only worked out with once, never showered with it, just died. Best Buy has it on clearance and unavailable for order, so I guess I'm gonna get the much better-reviewed Moto 360 or maybe Asus Zenwatch or my money back.

The watch does what it says. It's super easy to use.

Gave this to my husband as a birthday gift and he loves it! The only comment is that it does not hold a charge long enough. He will wear it for a few hours and the battery is dead.

I have been using this watch for a few weeks now and I love it. I picked up this watch as a replacement for my Galaxy Gear. I must say that I am a fan of the android wear interface. My favorite enhancement is that the watch shows the time at all times, so I do not have to turn on the watch or make an arm movement to turn on the display for time purposes. Even with the time always showing, the watch easily makes it through the day. This watch makes a great companion for my Nexus 6!

The Samsung rep was not very supportive as he suggested to purchase another watch band from a Jewelry store.

Honestly, I think that you have to be a true nerd to love this watch. Don't misunderstand this is a great product, for a watch the specs are amazing, however the software.... not so much. Android wear is still in "Beta" witch means that the software is a little buggy. With that being said, Android Wear is backed by Google so you will you see a lot of improvement over time. Overall, of you are a geek and want a cool watch, yes i would suggest this product.

Before the Holidays I decided to Treat my wife to several cool Samsung Gadgets and this watch really was the icing on the cake. The interactivity with her tablet and phone has been seemless and is helping her stay organized and be on time.

Fairly easy to program with downloaded apps. I was looking for something that had an active heart rate monitor. The monitor on this device isn't and active rate monitor. By the time it actually tells you your pulse rate your heart rate has slowed down. I returned the device and will wait the SURGE to start shipping and I will try again.

Thoroughly enjoying the Gear Live! Pros: Comfortable, stylish, Android Cons: Watch band snags on my belt when I bring my hand out of my pocket. This has unhooked the band and dropped the watch on the floor in the past.

I bought this after a lot of reading and research waited for android wear to come out and Best Buy to stock it and bought it right away. Its fun and gets some attention, makes driving and sending texts much easier. Taking notes is a breeze, just say "okay google, take a note" and then dictate what you'd like to say and it automatically goes to your google keep or evernote. There are quite a few apps that make it fun. Overall its pretty safe to say if you're using android, android wear is what you want as the OS on your watch.

Samsung - Gear Live Smart Watch for Select Android Device is a great product. It keeps me out of trouble at work by alerting me of incoming calls and it has great podometer.

so far so good. it was easy to sync and works perfectly with what i need it for. i like not having to take out my phone when i get a call or text. still discovering all the new apps and everything that is possible.

Awesome watch! Makes reviewing notifications very easy and fast. One of the best purchases I've made for my cellular phone.

This is a great first try. It looks good and functions well for what little it does. There is so much potential for this watch , but the short battery life(in my case 10 hrs) it falls short.
