It should be easier to add apps and Best buy employees didnt really know how to use or set up watch

This is a great watch, it's easy to use and the rotating bezel works really well.

I've had the previous 2 predecessor watch's by Samsung and am an avid outdoors gal so I wanted to upgrade and I've yet to learn all the features but so far I like it. I did go for long hikes in the Rocky's and the 1st day the battery didn't do well but the next day it did do well. I'm still learning all about it but so far so good

This is a great smartwatch, but I decided to return it and go with the 4G model so that I could use it as a phone.

I have had alot of problems figuring out this watch, it's not for the faint of heart. I never owned a smart watch before but half the time it doesn't show text messages sometimes it doesn't show hardly anything. There's a contact on one of the screens that won't go away and I don't know what that even is. Just know it's not a user friendly setup but it does look real nice.

I love this watch. The standalone mode is awesome. Allows me to be away from the phone and still receive calls and texts.

Nice product easy to use, many features. A bit pricey but.....its a Samsung

I have been very happy with this watch. I enjoy not having to carry my phone, but still being connected. Having just had surgery, this watch was a relief to my children. No matter where I was, I could get help if needed. I also love using the Samsung Pay.

Fantastic watch with all the technology you could want it something so small. Works great, but... The heart monitor is finicky. Seems every 3/4 times it won't work, says to clean the sensor. Have to "clean" it several times before it will take a reading again. Also, on this, customer service from Samsung is less than desirable. Emailed them several times and never got an answer to this question. They respond with an answer to something else not related to the original question. Overall, great product.

I love all Samsung products, and this watch did not disappoint!

The watch performs ok. The battery life is TERRIBLE - I get maybe 26 hours per charge. That's inconvenient - especially if I am out of town overnight. Using it as a stand alone phone is hit and miss - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. What I really wanted this for was to eliminate having to carry my phone with me at the amusement park with the grandkids- and of course it won't work there but the actual phone will. So this is an expensive "toy" that doesn't perform up to expectations and has lousy battery life.

I had its younger brother and really never used it. How ever this new watch is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone that like smart watches.

This watch is more than I expected. It's perfect, easy to use. I just wish they made one a little smaller & maybe a little less manly looking for us girls. All in all, it's still a great watch.

I bought this watch while I still had an iPhone 6s. After upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy S9, I have been able to enjoy the full functionality of the watch and couldn't be happier.

I lovd this watch, it very durable, I bang it on something everyday. Far as durability, I'd compare it to a G-Shock on steroids ! Very ez to change bands !

To get all the features to work you must have a Samsung Galaxy phone newer than a Galaxy S5. Make sure Verizon adds the watch as a "connected device" on your plan with number sharing. It's only $5 per month.

Great watch. Simple to use and has great functionality. Makes things convenient with not needing to keep pulling phone out.

Was not sure if I would like this watch but it works perfect can call and talk easy to hear and easy to use.

The Gear S3 is comfortable and easy to use. It has great features and integrates well with the S8+.

Great Birthday gift. My wife told me it will work my Samsung Galaxy phone.
