I have had my gear S3 for a month and I find it very excellent. It's stylish looks are a welcome change from the every day square Apple watch I see everyone wearing. Battery life has been very good, functionality has been exceptional. The only thing they need to work on is allowing more 3rd party apps

I bought the cellular frontier. I wanted to use without my phone. It takes a bit to get used to using. I am still struggling over a month later on answering texts. It does not take voice messages a lot. I have to change it to drawn. I do not need or want social medias so its fine without. I love the changing watch faces. I only wish they had choice of keeping original face picked as on always on. Most I chose have a totally different lower light face it defaults to unless you are looking at watch. I want the faces i pick to show. But I did find some that have nice always on displays..but you can not see most always on until installed. Samsung Pay is the best. I use this feature EVERYWHERE!!! I had a girl ague in one store that it would not work but I tried next visit different cashier and it worked for me. I do not know if there is a limit on purchases but I had used thru holiday shopping and no glitches. My issue was hitting pay when cashier was not ready and time ran out and had to click again. Not a big deal. I purchased a chain band since my wrist is small the watch is overwhelming. But in longer sleeves it looks fine not sure how it will look in summer. My most disappointing issue was I want to leave my phone behind. I did not realize how many photos I took while hiking, shopping and scanning. So it takes time to get used to not having that option at hand. Hopefully Samsung can figure out a way to upgrade with a camera in the future. No camera is a big downfall. But It is a beautiful watch. Solid and comfortable. Oh one more thing if you cross your arms as I do because of chills or whatever reason...the phone gets leaned on and goes on and since its a touch screen ...well different scenarios there. All in all a great purchase. Charges last about a day even with shutting off display and no I do not use any of the health apps or anything other than check texts and calls and answer them. I have not used the music player as of yet...Talking to your wrist when there is background noise is comical and I did not realize how private a person I really am until you answer calls with it. I cannot wait to master it completely.

The watch is well thought out and works well. My only real gripes are just nitpicking. I downloaded a Youtube app, which is a little cumbersome to use, but hey, I can watch videos on my watch, so I can't complain much (videos will eat your battery life, though). I like the feature that shows you have a message and takes you right to the message, but I wish when I viewed the message that it would show that on the message app, but I have to go to the app to clear that message as being unread. The watch works well and has some really useful software and apps, and receives a signal quite well.

Great watch, similar to the previous version. The only thing I do not like is I have randomly called someone, no idea how, but they were on my favorites where I just push call or text. It also randomly just goes to my music option, which is 4 screens over so I am not sure why it keeps opening. Overall, great watch and I would recommend. Dies fast on me but I work in a hospital area where no cell phones ever work either. In general public and basic day at work battery life is great.

It should be easier to add apps and Best buy employees didnt really know how to use or set up watch

To get all the features to work you must have a Samsung Galaxy phone newer than a Galaxy S5. Make sure Verizon adds the watch as a "connected device" on your plan with number sharing. It's only $5 per month.

This watch pairs fine with IOS mobile phones and good with Android mobile phones. Of course to get the most benefit, pair it with a Samsung mobile phone.

Great Birthday gift. My wife told me it will work my Samsung Galaxy phone.

The Gear S3 is comfortable and easy to use. It has great features and integrates well with the S8+.

Love the new watch just wish there were more fitness apps that I could use in it. New apps keep coming out, so hopefully soon

I liked my fitbit but this watch is amazing. The phone clarity is unbelievable. Very easy to use.

Compatible with my brand cell phone, good battery life, I think it is going to be a good product

Good watch like the apps, but In my opinion the battery is kinda poor.

I overall like the watch the only downfall was the bezel often got scratched or damaged quite frequently as I had two watches. thankfully I had geek squad protection on them and was able to exchange them and now the watches are bezel-less so I would recommend getting the new watch.

Not a bad device, just needs some more app development. Base apps are ok, can sometimes be glitch, but overall performs as advertised. Love the ability to quickly check texts and alerts when not near phone and the built-in speaker phone works great.

Nice watch but has issues connection to different phone. Great for the gym and such but traveling a lot it’s a little disappointing

I really like the watch and features, nice upgrade from the Gear S2. I do think the Band is a little thick for me. I'll probably purchase a different one.

By far one of the best purchases I've made, this watch is very convenient and easy to use. The only flaw is certain applications tend to freeze.

Overall, this is a great watch. The only issue I had was switching from my Gear S through the Verizon network.

This is a great smartwatch, but I decided to return it and go with the 4G model so that I could use it as a phone.
