So this was refurbished. It arrived in a plain cardboard box and not the original packing. It works flawlessly. I was told I would be able to purchase an extended warranty for it, but the option did not appear. I paid $299 instead of $399, so there is some value there.

The phone is not unlocked and it will not let me add to my account

I love this phone, and you can't tell it's refurbished in performance or appearance. I am so glad I saved myself $800 for once and held off on the initial purchase on Samsungs original debut date.

Nice affordable phone from a reputable brand name in samsung. Nothing to complain about. All the bells and whistles of a premium phone with less than half the price point of a premium one. What is there to complain?

I need to start off by saying i have always been a big proponet of samsung phones, it pains me to say good by, but the quality seems to be going down to the point my last 2 phones did not make it much past a year. Just for clarification, my phone was protected very well with a speigen rugged armour case and never took a dip. I cleaned it periodically with 70% alcohol wipes during the pandemic. Now samsung says its not covered by warranty. I have never babied a phone as much as this last one. I cannot continue promoting a product that can be made useless that easily. Good bye samsung, going to get an i phone now
