This is not a knock on Best Buy, I've had really good experiences with the sales staff, but I want to warn you against Samsung products. My A71 phone broke 16 months after purchasing it. It's unacceptable to me that a phone should break that soon and it's clear that it's a hardware issue. I'm surprised the company doesn't stand by its product and I am extremely upset that I should have to pay a diagnostic fee for them to tell me why their product broke. Be wary of the A71 and definitely be wary of Samsung products
