This was certified refurbished Note9 unlocked. It was in great condition, I couldn't tell it was used at all. It truly was unlocked. I bought a phone on Amazon and wasted time only to find it wasn't unlocked. I'll go to BestBuy first in the future. The phone has some great features including 2 photo lenses one that does normal and the other wide. It can record in high speed so you can display a video in super slow motion and it is smooth. Only thing is the facial recognition is NOT secure. My son was able to get into my phone with a picture of me from his phone. Facial recognition is convenient but not secure. For security stick to pin or fingerprint scan.

When I lost my 5 yr old Note3, I was anxious about getting a replacement. The unlocked, refurbished Note9 I found on line was a great surprise in quality, condition and design. Naturally, there is a big learning curve to catch up with the 5 yrs of tech that passed, but other than it being slippery, I think I will like it. I ordered a rubber housing that should make it more friendly for me to use. The AT&T activation was painless and I even gained good discounts on my DirecTV and Internet when I bundled the new service. Yes, I am happy, and will be even more as I learn all the bells and whistles in this phone.

I did not see any difference with this refurbished note9 versus the new note 9. i am very impressed with geek squad and they take care of their departments reputation with the customers. keep up the good work GS and i looks forward to buying more refurbished products that went into your caring hands..... the only thing i regret is they did not give me a stereo head set. i was kind of like broken hearted with that decision not to send me the headset.

I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, but this phone seems almost new. It came with only the charger, but it can't beat the price. The phone works perfectly, and I'm excited that I made the switch from Apple to Samsung.

Comprehensive phone. Camera(s) are phenomenal. Love the hidden stylist pen. Great phone for young people; a bit more more challenging for older people .

So not sure what happen to this phone up I kept having problems. Tried to get it fixed with best buy was told there was nothing they could do. So I called Samsung and they sent me out another phone.

I started having problems after a week. I called Geek Squad and Best Buy who politely told me its a problem I need to talk to Samsung about. I didn't get any help from them. I talked to Samsung, sent it to them and they sent it back with more problems. In the end, Samsung ended up sending my phone to Florida (I live in Texas) on "accident" because they said I called and changed the address (to have it shipped to a warehouse in Florida- VERY sketchy...). All that to say,,, I never really got to use the phone and Samsung just wrote me a check for the phone. Two months of my life wasted and stressed. No more "Certified Refurbished" phones for me. My advice is to just buy the phone from the company directly (pros: warranty, etc)... the price may look too good to pass up, but there are ALWAYS issues. Thankfully, my phone started acting up before it was past the "we cant do anything for you" stage.

It was recommended to me by a Friend, wife really enjoyed the features it provides. Can't go wrong with the price and the product itself speaks highly. Appreciate the Customer service at best buys website as well, Thanks again.

I recently purchased refurbished Samsung note 9 and everything seemed perfectly fine with the phone, in fact it looked to me completely new , You cannot tell the difference and i am very satisfied with the phone. Works fine so please don't hesitate if you want to go with it... better than new in box !!!

I always liked galaxy notes. One of the best phones out. Good screen, good camera, good speed. Can't wait for the next new note! Lol!
