This is a great tablet, and buying it refurbished was a great way to save some money. Everything works find accept the home button, it sticks once in awhile and doesn't respond. That's why it has 4 stars, it wasn't perfect.

This tablet is a good size. The stands, in both positions work well. Easy to use because it is similar to the Samsung Galaxy S5 which I use.

I did a lot of research before making this purchase and have not been disappointed. It was the best deal for the money. The tablet came in perfect shape and has performed very well. I would recommended it.

Was a tad skittish as this is a refurbished tablet. Geek Squad did a wonderful job. It arrived carefully packed and "like brand new" condition. Streams movies and the like with ease. Everything, actually, in perfect working order. Love it!

Great tablet. Refurbished is the way to go. Looked brand new. Tablet is fast. I was worried about no HDMI out but the mirror screen function is way better.

Love the tablet since it arrived. Awkward to use at first because the tablet is so thin. Got the Otter Box for the Samsung and now the experience is even better.

The description said USB 2.0 port Offers flexible connection options.but in fact there is no usb port...only a micro usb port.

The tablet works great. I had another brand that froze when attempting to watch TV with the Dish app. this thing had no problem. Would recommend to purchase.

The tablet was a Christmas gift. The more it was used the harder it was to get the touch screen to operate. Not mentioned in the description when buying was that the operating system was older and to update it cost $125.00. That plus the original cost made it as expensive as a new tablet....which was out of stock and why i got the refurbished tablet. BUT your customer service was excellent!!! When I called, without any trouble a new refurbished one was shipped the next day . I was not charged another for another tablet and was given 10 days to return the defective one. Thanks for that.

This tablet seemed brand new. No problems. Buying refurbished was a great cost savings.
