Product supposedly refurbished by geek squad. Faulty right out of box. Screen would not respond to touch. Something i think would be very obvious during quality check. Returned for new tab 4 in which i am very happy.

Still defected item after tested. Waisted my time loading and setting up and finding out the rotation does not work. Brought it to store and had geek squad look at it. He confirmed defect.

had originally purchased the 10" version for the family room, but it ended up being too heavy to hold after awhile, especially for the little ones. we still wanted something bigger than our smartphones, so this worked out well, and the price was right for only losing a couple of inches of screen.

I had recently gotten the RCA Pro 10.1" from Walmart but it would disconnect from WiFi often and was not compatible with some apps. So I was shopping for a replacement. I'm not minding the fact that it's refurbished. I also don't mind the 8" size. Highly recommended. Glad I snapped it up for $149 just a week ago. Shipping was super fast.

the tablet came in fine, but they send a 5v 1A charger to go with it. i've bought a ton of samsung products and i haven't seen a 1A samsung branded charger in a long time. so either someone stuck a loose charger in here or the tab 4 models must be the black sheep that only get 1A chargers.
