My wife love the watch, but there was no instruction manual that came with it. This watch replace the fitbit ionic because her ionic wouldn't turn back on after charging. I received the gray instead of the rose gold and this is why I took a star away from it.

I upgraded to the Active and I love it! It has up to date software, no lag when switching screens. Connects great to my galaxy s9+. No connection issues. Battery life is amazing, so far I get two days use out of it before I have to recharge. It is clean and lightweight. I plan on buying more bands for change of colors. Easy to use.

Watch is great but it doesn’t allow calls, so I bought the galaxy 2 which does. My sister likes it just the way it is, so if calls is not an issue for you this smartwatch does it all.

I love my new watch. As someone with high anxiety I love that I can check my level and use the watches breathing exercise to bring it down. I'm still learning how to use more of its functions but I'll get there. Only one small issue. Its battery life is kinda short. This is a minor issue, so it still gets 5 stars.

I was a little nervous reading some of the reviews from some people who got a failed device. Started to think mine might end up the same way. However, after having this device for a month now, I've been delightfully surprised by how well this device works for being so last gen. I feel like this is a perfect investment and step up from the Fitbit I used to use. I will say the lack of over 2 day battery life is a bit of a disappointment but I don't wanna complain about it too much when this device is so feature heavy. As far as exercise is concerned, I love the ability for the watch to automatically recognize and log exercise, even walks. I feel like this watch does more for me without having to interact with it so it takes an extra step off my plate when I want to focus on my workout. The customization of the device is perfect and I was able to install my own watch face and maximize the ability to make this device tuned to me. I don't feel locked into anything provided to me on it and I find myself rarely utilizing much of the features because it does everything I already need it to. I'd buy this if you're looking for an entry into the active smart watch world or just want to upgrade from an older device. Just recognize that being an older generation device it is not going to work as swiftly as the newer devices because it lacks those upgraded components.

I bought this watch when I replaced all my Apple products and have been super pleased with it. Never had any issues with the certified refurbished. I dont really do much with my watch. I like that it can detect my workouts, walks and see and respond to texts. You can't answer a phone call with this watch though unlike the Apple Watch. You need to upgrade to the Active 2 if you want the speaker to answer calls. But IMO, the speaker is useless if you don't have the LTE one because you still have to be near your phone with this one anyways so might as well grab and answer from your phone.

I love my watch, it tracks everything I want it to and more!!! I do recommend you getting the screen protector, you dont realize how much you will hit it on.

Good watch but wish it did blood pressure readings

I'm not the most tech-savvy person in the world and I'm happy to report that this watch is very easy and convenient. I'm able to navigate through the various functions and it was easy to customize the features on this watch and synch it with my phone. The only con I have found is the battery life... the watch has to be charged about every other day so I try to remember to do it in the evenings when I go to bed. But from what I've seen, this is common for most advanced fitness watches. It's a great watch and I can highly recommend for the value and functionality.

I like this watch, it looked great came with all the parts except the manual which was expected. It was easy to setup and use, perfect addition for my workout.

Wife loves it good for keeping track of steps and time.
