Very sporty looking , battery last 2 days and works with most apps on Apple watc. The only thing I notice if the dies the watch ability loses it function of being a smart watc.

So ordered one to be shipped and when it arrived, it still had dirt on the underside rim and around the bezel which indicated it had been worn A LOT by a previous owner and not even checked well before being resold. The charger plug USB input also looked like it was corroded. Called our local Best Buy Store, they told us to come in, and they replaced it with a nice CLEAN Open Box!! The replacement is great, but between this and them sending a watch screen protector that wasn't in even its box either, we are really disappointed with whoever is checking and shipping from the warehouse!!!! I've added pictures, and the pic of the watch was after I had tried getting a lot of the dirt off!

Well made and constructed. The best smart watch in my opinion, looks the best and works the best. What elese can I say, its a Samsung Watch!! Its great!!

Looked brand new, no issues. Still testing out the watch, but so far so good.

The watch arrived and everything looked great. The screen and case had no imperfections, all the same accessories that would come with a new watch were included. There was no original box, and the charger and cable were 'generics', but they still worked fine. Then I went to use the watch, and there's a large dark spot on the screen (between the 50 and 55 on the dial). Not sure if they're dead pixels or what, but it's something I can't live with. So it's getting returned. Not worth the hassle over getting a new one.

This is the third time this watch either dies when fully charged or this time does not come on when it is fully charged. Since the watch was certified refurbished thought I there would be no issues. I have never been so wrong, "buyer beware"!

This order was atrocious. It came in a zip-lock bag, wrong cables, the rubber strap damaged, the bezel scratched and numbers non-legible, gunk and who knows what type of dirt or bodily skin residues that were accumulated. This was by far the most disappointing purchase on Best Buy, and it was the quality that you would expect from buying from an online auction site that starts with E and ends with Bay or even another site that has the name Craig and ends with List. After contacting customer service, which service was highly questionable, I went to the store and they mentioned that it was from a third party seller, even though it said it was Geek Squad certified. At the time of the purchase, another online retailer (which I shall not give credit but they named themselves after a large rainforest), was selling the same item in a stated better condition for far less, needless to say I paid 60% premium for Best Buy quality to receive something you would find at a garage sale. Please contact me Best Buy, you have still not resolved my concern.

This was a Geek Squad approved refurbished watch and it was a great deal. We've had no problems with the watch. There was no book or set up guide in the box, but after a quick search we found what we needed. There were obvious wear scratches, but that was to be expected since it was refurbished.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this watch. At the time, I had a Google Pixel 3XL, then upgraded to the Pixel 6XL. During the time I had it, I thought it performed fantastic. I used the workout function frequently, as I train frequently. The temp, weather, calendar, and even the time telling feature. Heh. I love the rotating bezel .. I think it brings an elegance that the other players don't have .. It's actually sad to me that the new generation no longer has this. I don't think there is anything I would necessarily change about it .. I think for the price point, this is a winner. I only recently switched (for reasons that were not necessarily "I want to") to apple, and have the Ultra Apple watch. It is cool, but believe it or not, there are many features and characteristics of the Samsung that I prefer .. I think the round shape is one of those! Get Some!

This is a great watch, I’ve had it for over 3 years now and still works great

This is my second Samsung Watch and I have been thoroughly pleased with both purchases. This watch is great looking and has been surprisingly tough. The battery life is good, with me getting 2.5-3 days of power with frequent use. I will buy another when I wear this one out.

This watch looks like it is almost new, such a deal that I got it as cheap as I did compared to a brand new watch. I wish there was more info that came with it though, like directions or a card with a geek squad warrantee or proof that it was refurbished.

Upgraded from frontier - well worth it. The battery lasts almost 3 days vs 1 for frontier. Lighter and seems to be faster with more tools. I purchased refurbished from best buy - came in original case - no scratches etc, would say it was a 9.5 out of 10. Great smart watch - very functional and good for almost any occasion or sport.

This watch arrived like it was brand new instead of a refurbished item. This watch has amazing battery life. I use it constantly to check time, weather and my amount of steps taken. After three days of use the battery is usually about 31% remaining. This was a great purchase.

This watch is probably smarter than me and I'm sure I won't take full advantage of all it's features but I do like being able to get notifications when I can't, for whatever reason, pull out my phone. I really like being able to choose different faces on the watch. Even though it is refurbished I have not had any issues and got it for a great price.

Amazing price. Was geek squad refurbished. Looked just like new. None of the accessories were even used. The watch looked like it had never been used. I acted fast because a couple of hours later. It was sold out.
