I was nervous after reading reviews of people getting broken or scratched watches but decided to take a gamble. You could always ask for exchange/refund right? But If it didn't come in a certified geek squad box I would never knew it was refurbished. It showed up flawless with not even a scuff on metal under bezel. Works great. Even tested water resistance in shower and washing hands and no problems. Had it for a week now and love it. Monitoring sleep, foot steps and minutes of daily activity are fun.

Great watch with lots of great features. i like looking at the watch to see who is calling without having to pull my phone out.

I found this watch to be very useful. The sleep monitor actually shows you the periods during the night that you toss n turn versus when you remain motionless. I also like the media control function where you control your phone's music player from the watch

overall features are great , the design is basic from the original model not alot of difference they could have made it more design stylish

I bought this and the Zen Watch at the same time to compare. While it was good, I likedoing the androidwear watch much better

i guess i kind of got what i paid for ,the watch i received was scratched and scraped all over from the metal piece on the band to the frame of the watch i mean bad no joke like someone was wrestling on cement while wearing it ,the screen wasn't bad though, ,, i returned same day it was delivered ,and ended up buying a brand new one for 299 , yeah a little up set 300+, so paid 135 more. that was a waste of my time i could have just went to the store and brought one from the beginning didnt know best buy would sell something so cosmetically impaired .but pretty sure it worked fine it was certified, first refurbished item i brought and will not again ,maybe im just the unlucky one i don't see any other complaints about there refurbished item cosmetically damaged, can't say i will not recommend because 135 is a huge saving but just know you can return in 14 days for the basic bestbuy member

I purchased this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He has a samsung droid phone & is a watch collector & is athletic. He loves it for work & play. Instant conversation starter He especially loves being able to personally customize the watch face designs via a downloaded ap.

Love the fact the I can download different apps but would love to be able to search internet. Only reason it's four stars instead of five

Do not buy it, please pay full price, I just got mine it it was horrible, scratched and dirty, I will return it tomorrow, I feel sorry for who ever ends up buying it

The watch works well but the face was scratched which really was a let down.

I bought this watch refurbished. It look like brand new in box and I can't tell any difference. I have had no problems and I'm very happy. I would buy refurbished again but only through best buy.
