I was really excited about the Samsung gear 2, but I don't have a lot of money. So I was happy when I found what I thought was a deal with best buy geeks. The first one I got had a bad speaker. I had to go two towns over to the best buy to see what could be done. Nothing it seemed, and woman at the return desk was helpful and and help me order a new one. When I got the replacement it had a bad battery. So I thought I could return it and add some cash and get the gear 2 neo. No dice, the store didn't have it. I ended up not getting anything and thinking best buy really sucks. I made a point to get my WB35F at Target and the tab I'm writing on now at Costco. You lost a costumer.

This is an excellent watch for the price and all the function it does.

It's fun and works well with my Samsung phone. Only thing is missing is Internet.

Love that it let's me know who's calling so that I don't have to take the phone out if I do not want to answer it.

I liked my Gear 1, but I love the Gear 2! The extra memory, media player, and heart monitor are a few things that enhance the experience. You can also download several apps (including texting apps, calculator, games, wallpapers, etc) amazing piece of work! Buy, buy, buy!

It's almost head to head with Apple watches plus it has a camera. Great look. Refurbished but there is no difference than new one.

Worked well and looks nice. Fun to change face on watch to whatever you want. Charge doesn't hold for long, I would purchase again but would prefer a different style band.

I believe in Samsung amd their products. This watch was refurbished. So i had my concerns. . I will still buy Samsung. Just not from best buy. They couldn't help me with the product they sold me. They told me to call Samsung. After telling me to bring the watch to a store for repairs.
