    Bought this drive, BUT it wasn't reset to factory specs and still had the previous owner's password and info so I can't even use it. Can't reset it either and directs me to a Samsung service center which I don't care to do. It's in READ ONLY mode and trying to erase the "attribute" with DISKPART doesn't work. Not sure if Best Buy could help. Wish it was easier and less of a headache. May end up returning if Samsung Support can't help via phone. :(
