I really like this Flip phone....it gets excellent reception everywhere I go....It fits great in a pants pocket when I work outside....I feel more secure when I have this small reliable phone in my pocket

I bought this phone for my elderly mother. She finds it very easy to use. She likes the old style of flip phones and she loves how easy this phone is. She especially likes the voice activated command function

this is a no nonsence flip phone that is easy to operate -just open it, it rings, no buttons to push, slide or tap. If like me you don't require much time on the phone the battery will last for weeks.

If you are not into tech stuff, need to be connected

The Verizon Gusto phone is nice as a backup phone.

I would recommend this phone to anyone who asked about it. Do not want to be stuck with a two year contract. I don't use my phone much so I like being able just to pay for what I use. No bells and whistles needed.

Had to have this for an emergency. It does what it's suppose to do and that's it, be a phone.

This is the perfect phone for calling and text for emergencies and on the run. No hassle with smartphone apps or other inconveniences. No other distractions.

My problem started when I switched from my expired Verizon contract, with it's continued identical service paid up to save my cell number, and bought a verizon prepaid phone. Activating it was impossible by phone's prompts, or online, or by best buy store, or by multiple attempts using land line phone help. Eventually, after several days and many hours of trying, Verizon's eSales guy found an unusual way to activate it; however, he created an account for which only he knows the password, and no one else can change it. The problem is that I'm not recognized as the account owner; so, I cannot access my own account online, although I receive the paper bill. No one knows what to do. 'Extremely aggravating. Verizon C.S. STINKS.

Perfect starter phone for my son. Never had an issue with it

I just needed a travel phone and didn't want to take my expensive phone. So bought this and it did great. Plus very compact. Not as good as a smart phone, but I wasn't going to need one.

This phone is great for just voice calls. Texting is primitive. Would be a great phone for an elderly person.

Bought this as an emergency backup for my glove box in my car! Great trip back in time using it!
