you get what you pay for

BUT.......it is terrible trying to hear some one when they are talking. Breaks up a lot and that is very annoying. Maybe it is just this phone, my wife has the same type of phone and does not have any problems.

No User Guide!!!!

Carrying your computer with you to use your phone makes no sense. Make it simpler! The camera is poor - so omit it! Thank God for 14 yr. olds to walk you through the basics.
