This is the phone my elderly uncle wanted. He refuses to use it for anything but actual phone calls. It seems to work fine for him. I wouldn't really know if I'd recommend it or not. I wouldn't discourage it if they just wanted a beginner cell phone. I love my smartphone.

This is a great easy to use flip phone with a good camera and speakerphone. It has internet capability and the pay as you go service is a great value!

Verizon doesnt make set up esy nor doing a recurring payment. For gosh sakes, a flip phone should be easy and it took longer than an iphone set up

This is a good compact phone if you want something cheap and temporary. However it did have a small glitch with the screen going upside down and blank sometimes. The problem went away after the battery was ran completely dead. Not the best phone but it will work for a temporary.

This phone is cheap and did exactly what I needed it to do which was help me port my home number from Vonage to Verizon then on to Google Voice.

Great little phone! find something other to do than talk or txt on your phone!

My mom loves it, works well for her. Great phone for those who don't need data just call and txt and handy enough.

I don't use a cell phone much, so don't need a Smart one. This is a very dependable, convenient cell phone for me. Texting is easy, too. It fits into my purse with no problem. Has always been dependable for a more "basic" kind of phone.

Phone meets basic needs, but having access issues when 20 miles from home. Battery life good.

I loved the phone but because it does not use a SIM I could not find reasonably priced prepaid service to go with it - it’s really a shame I had to return it but Best Buy was good about taking it back (unopened) .

I bought this phone as a gift for my father. He has a hard time with the touch screens, so this was perfect for him. The numbers are big enough for him to read, as well as to tap without messing up time after time.

This flip phone was great since my smartphone died the morning of a vacation. It kept me connected at a nominal price.

This phone works great, for the cost. The service is great. Phone was $20.00 can't beat that.
