This phone was ultra cheap. Quality was so so. I bought it for my Mom to use for road trips where she's had trouble finding T-mobile coverage, was hoping a Verizon pre-paid would fill the bill. Was a bit annoyed that the minutes expire after a month. It's probably industry standard but for my purposes it would be nice to have a few prepaid minutes on a bigger network for emergencies.

I get this phone for my 12 year. It's a great starter phone

Vibrate notification not strong enough. A bit over-priced for what it is capable of. Okay otherwise.

This functions very well as far as voice quality and has a lot built into it!

We got mom this small emergency phone to carry in her purse. She’s old school so has a wall phone at home. We just feel better knowing she has something in case of emergency.

Bought this do an extra phone for work in the construction area. Didn't want to take my iPhone with me.

I thought initially that his would be an extremely simple device to learn to use but it takes a lot more effort than I anticipated. I was even told that I should have purchased a smart phone. The person who told me this was a friend who actually helped me start-up my usage of this device. He owns a smart phone and claims thatr the smart phone is much simpler to learn to use than mine.

My parents were Looking for a phone while visiting the USA so this phone was perfect for their needs

Bought this second phone for a family member since the I own the same phone and it works for exactly what I need it for. How convenient to purchase it from Best Buy as opposed to elsewhere!

Verizon disallowed us to use this phone on contract commitment. VERY VERY UNHAPPY with Verizon wireless and will be trying to change cell company soon.

Gave 3 stars due the fact that when in a nearby community, less than 15 minutes from home, connectivity is not available. Family unable to reach me unless via text. When we asked a Verizon store why, the phone does not connect to 4G, therefore, the poor service. This should have been readily available to the consumer prior to the purchase.

Had to send my note to repair and bought this as a backup. Did its job.

This is such a simple phone to operate. Even my mother can do it!! Thank you Best Buy for keeping a few of the basic phones around so those less tech savvy can have something too.

It is great for older people, who just want the phone only.

Only good to make calls on, texting is very hard and low pic quality

Bought this as a way to test the Verizon network. Phone feels very nice and works great. Some features are difficult to navigate if you are accustomed to using a smart phone.
