I bought this phone for my parents who are visiting the country. I needed a phone that does basic functions without any problem - calls & texts. This phone does both very well. Plus with Verizon's network it has good coverage in most major cities that my parents travelled. From MA to CA and OH its been working very well for them. I would recommend this phone for basic functionalities.

I bought this phone for my aunt, but she only uses a mobile phone when absolutely needed. That means maybe twice per week. It's a very good phone, but flip phones are getting harder to find, forcing people to get other phones and plans that they don't necessarily want or need. She ended up not using this phone due to Verizon having a minimum $30/mo plan. She'll never need that much, and it was too expensive for her, so she and my uncle switched to a TracFone per minute plan and they're happy.

Perfect as a holdover phone for basic needs. Especially for my mother who keeps breaking phones.

Bought this phone for my dad, he doesn't feel ready yet to commit to a smart phone contract. He was pleased with this flip phone. Gets the job done.

The phone is good for what I need. However, because it's a pre-paid service, I have limited ability to make calls. The Best Buy employees didn't say anything about that, and when we went back to ask about it, we were treated rudely. Very poor customer service at this location.

Good phone. Needed phones ASAP no fancy data required. If you don't need Internet buy the phone

A tad larger than old Samsung flip phone, but nothing to worry about. Side buttons ( Volume, Camera, Speaker phone) a bit touchy if you put phone in pocket. Best to Lock it to prevent it from accidental turning on.

Decent phone for the price, setup is easy and quick. I get this phone for my son to use when he needs to call us to pick him up after school. This is another way that you can keep your children some relief from the modern electronic devices.

Just a basic flip phone. Cheap and does its job nothing special nothing bad.

Not a high quality phone. If you want a phone for calling only this is a good choice. If you want to text or take pictures, buy a higher quality phone.

Phone works great & cheaper than having a contract.

I purchased this phone for my 84 year old father. He has had several cell phones in the past, but they were too complicated and came with a 2 year contract. This phone is perfect for his needs and allows for a great monthly option in case he should want to cancel. The phone is simple, but I recommend it for those that simply need a cell phone.

Bought phone as a gift for a non heavy phone user and they love it. Very simple, with web ability and Bluetooth. Easy to maintain and reload.

Bought this for the kids to use from home when we go out since we dropped our land line. Didn't need a smartphone. Just a way to get ahold of kids and vice versa. It works. Less than $20 a month prepaid and I can cancel anytime.

menus and buttons make poor sense without manual, very easy to make accidental calls, very time consuming to make texts,...in three weeks I abandoned it for a cheap smartphone and a more expensive service just so that I could make sense of functions ( but that was probably the planned design--frustration to encourage an upgrade, and if so it was successful in this instance). In any event, it makes clear calls, and still permits texts with small images, and low rez photos. If you are broke and need a phone, it will suffice.
