The cost of phone was worth it, just needed for calls and texting.

The phone gets reception in a rural area. I purchased in store and they activated it. The trouble is the Verizon ID number the store gave me doesn't work for adding minutes.

This phone was just what I was looking for my husband and of course with Verizon's dependable service it was the frosting on the cake ! My husband doesn't talk much or text so the pay as you go with no contract was perfect !

I bought this phone for my mom since it has a very simple design. She has trouble remembering how to use it, but can still call me easily. When her old phone stopped working, I was able to cancel her contract and change to this phone and pre-pay. This switch payed off in 3 months- now she pays lots less every month.

just need a phone for work, I did not want to buy one so this was the cheapest one I could find and I have louse up this thing with 50 characters to get my points.

Love the size. And it was very cheap. Don't have to worry about a contract and if it gets lost it can easily be replaced.

Phone is small enough to carry in a pocket. Display is easy to read. Instructions that came with the phone could be more clear as to set up of displays and button use. Phone reception is limited by location (not very good in country conditions where no cell tower is close--doesn't work well inside my house). Wish the cell phone number would displayed on the opening screen. Otherwise, easy to use. Purchased for emergency purposes when landline goes out or car breaks down.

This phone is working good for my 90 year old father who has bad eyes.

I got this basic phone for my mom that doesn't need the bells and whistles of a smartphone. She's had this one before but it broke and I was lucky the Best Buy carried this phone.

The price was right . The service was great and fast.

There aren't a lot of fancy features with this phone, but for basic phone calling or for emergency purposes, there's little to recommend against here.

This phone was purchased for my grandmother. She's 85 and thus is a good phone for her.
