We purchased two Samsung no contract Verizon phones from Best Buy in Plover Wisconsin recently. We were very happy with the helpful customer service we received. We would recommend Best Buy to our family members and friends who are interested in purchasing a no contract phone for an affordable price.

I was glad when I received my package although it did take quite awhile. I was lucky and got it when it was on sale. So I went ahead and grabbed 2.

I have been buying this Verizon/Samsung Gusto flip phone for years. It is a great phone for someone who doesn't need a smart phone or anything elaborate. However, the phone, at least for me, has a tendency to crack in the bracket and eventually separate into two pieces. There aren't that many retailers selling this phone and when I saw Best Buy had it on sale for $9.99 I bought two. One to use now, the other for when the phone separates sometime in the future. At $9.99 it is a great price and not too much of a loss if the phone does crack in the future.

This mobile phone is great. It has a lot of features and learning how to use these features only takes a few minutes. This phone is indispensable to me.

very difficult to use 'camera' with bluetooth -- would have preferred to have a 'lesson' on its use. Otherwise, good for keeping in touch & for emergency.

I still use flip phones & have verizon month to month service to save $. I really only need a phone for calling & texting so this one is perfect for me. It's basic but built well & for $20 you can't go wrong.

A flip phone that is small, easy to use but has a lot of features.

Good phone for seniors and those with disabilities. More reliable and easier to handle than a smartphone. Less anxiety and less worrisome.

This is a great we or phone for the money especially for the money you can't beat paying 15 for a phone that takes quite a bit of abuse and keeps we orking

I purchased this as an extra phone for my senior mother to use.

I do not need a smart phone or multiple apps. I just want to be able to make phone calls when needed. I have other equipment for everything else.

Just a good ol’ basic flip phone, easy to operate and tough. Just bought 2 for my husband because we could not find them in stores and he loves them. He’s a mechanic and hard on a phone, drops them, gets them greasy, etc. they last a long time for the abuse they receive. Will continue to buy them until they stop making them.

We were looking to buy an inexpensive phone that we could put a cheap prepaid monthly plan on for our kids to have as a just in case phone to call us from. Got it for less than $20 which was nice and we were able to put a $15 prepaid monthly plan on it, which was also great!

Although it is not a high priced phone, it is perfect for eveyone who does not need all the extras.

Nice phone for calls and text. It is hard to navigate the Internet on this phone.

A great starter phone. The one thing though is that the volume from low to high is not very different. I use it as an emergency phone and you can hear the person on the other end of the phone call very well.

Perfect basic phone to use for calls and occasional texts. Don't expect any frills and you'll be happy.
