Got this phone for my Mother-in-law in a nursing home. Easy for her to use. Just put a few numbers on speed dial because she has limited use of her hands so she only has to use 1 finger to touch button and make a phone call. Handle with ease.

Phone works fine as far as signal goes. It has very poor microphone when you receive a call from it, very muffled. Other then that preforms fine.

bought for a friend who was on vacation from the UK. Served its purpose well. Am using it as a spare phone until he returns.

Teen has lost or broken 2 smart phones. Great solution! Kid actually likes the ease and size. Fits great in pocket!

It's antiquated flip phone. Nothing special, but it does what I needed it to.

I got this to use where my TMobile doesn't work with the 15$ 300 min &/or texts pkg. Works. Louder and easier to hear than my smartphone -if a little crackly sounding. Good on battery life. Only use it for the basics. Durable so far. Tough texting this way again. Usually use my smartphone.

Features are not as plenty as I would like. It makes phone calls texts and I can check some of my e mails. Pictures are okay. Screen is hard to see pictures. But it was 20 bucks and thats okay with me.

I bought this phone and plan because it enables me to accomplish everything without the hassle of a monthly contract. I can cancel whenever needed.

Purchased this for my father who was looking for a simple phone to make calls with. Verizon has the best network in my area and for 35 bucks a month it fitted my dad's need excellently.

I got this phone for my grandmother, who is unable to figure out how to use a smart phone. She is perfectly able to use this one. The only drawback is that you can't activate it on a service plan, but pre paid is better anyway

Had a job site in an area where our AT&T phones were useless. We just needed a simple phone for phone calls throughout the project. Works perfect for what needed.

The product is great for my semi blind father in law to use. He's old school and can't understand the reason for lock codes on the newer phones. Left him with his flip phone.

If you go the route of not buying a smart phone, this is the phone to get. First it is very inexpensive at $20. Second, it's a flip phone; small, compact and durable. Third, it has voice recognition. Just open the phone and ask it to call someone, or send someone a text and it does what you ask. Very simple to operate with lots of features you would not expect in such an inexpensive basic phone.

Works well for those with manual problems often found with smart phones

I am in my 80s, I had never owned a cell phone, but when I returned to Palm Desert for the winter and discovered that my landline phone was not working, I realized that I needed a cell phone for emergency purposes. This simple inexpensive phone completely meets my needs and satisfies my requirements.
