Works great! Husband likes movie theater volume and it accomplishes that! Speaker hasnt blown. Remote is so small is my only downfall

Soundbar is great! Very powerful and loud and just in general sounds great in both of the spaces I've heard it in. The only issue I had with it was that upon initial setup, the sub was triggering with everyone's voices and it was unbearable to listen to. After some Googling I found the "Virtual Center" option which, when cranked, eliminated the issue. It should be something they are aware of from testing that it does this and that setting should be enabled by default. Would typically give 5 stars, but had I not been there to set this up the soundbar likely would've not been used after initial set up due to this.

The sound with the sound bar is great. The remote is poorly designed, little and very “cheap”. You don’t press down on the remote + and - to adjust the sound like on most remotes for electronic appliances. The buttons are small and apparently Samsung assumes you know to push forward and push back. We tried everything, it didn’t work and the Geek Squad came out and the “problem” was resolved in 15 seconds. Anyone who looks at this remote without a heads up will have the same problem. This review is based on the quality of the sound and not the cheap remote. Be aware.

For the price, it blew me away. Bought it for the bedroom and it would be acceptable in our living room.

I stumbled upon this soundbar at the store when I went in to return a JBL soundbar that I had purchased online. Instantly fell in love with the sound output and the clarity of the B550! So, I did what any sane person who wants a new sound bar would do: I returned to my car with this brand new soundbar! I use it for my friday night movie time and this never disappoints. However, I did notice that the audio clarity isn't as crisp when I play movies on HBO max. But, movies and shows on Netflix, Youtube, Peacock pack a punch! I'd highly recommend using HDMI arc for the best sound output. One downside to the system is that it keeps turning on and off automatically when it is not in use. I found that rather strange. I plugged it into a smart plug and that fixed the issue for me.

Sound is excellent and the bass hits heavy. There are also some sound settings i didn’t know about but are a nice feature.

I got this while it was on 40% off sale. I tried the Bose TV speaker as well and decided to keep this. It works great for the price! Love that it has the remote and subwoofer unlike the other. The sound is not as great as Bose TV speaker but it does the job really well. You wouldn’t feel anything crazy different if you play audio on both the speakers few minutes apart.

Paired B550 with 75 AU8000 using HDMI. One remote controls both. Clear, rich sound with bass that you can feel. Have my wireless subwoofer approx 10 ft opposite wall and I'm loving the effect.

Super simple to hook up with Bluetooth. Works great! Great service at the store as well
