Great For Most Uses

Very powerful and loud and just in general sounds great in both of the spaces I've heard it in. The only issue I had with it was that upon initial setup, the sub was triggering with everyone's voices and it was unbearable to listen to. After some Googling I found the "Virtual Center" option which, when cranked, eliminated the issue. It should be something they are aware of from testing that it does this and that setting should be enabled by default. Would typically give 5 stars, but had I not been there to set this up the soundbar likely would've not been used after initial set up due to this.

I didn’t want to run cables throughout my living room anymore. This is great if I’m watching a suspenseful movie or listening to my favorite tunes is when I turn it on!! :-)

Oh Yeah! Bumping on a budget!

Clear, rich sound with bass that you can feel. Have my wireless subwoofer approx 10 ft opposite wall and I'm loving the effect.

I tried the Bose TV speaker as well and decided to keep this. It works great for the price! Love that it has the remote and subwoofer unlike the other. The sound is not as great as Bose TV speaker but it does the job really well. You wouldn’t feel anything crazy different if you play audio on both the speakers few minutes apart.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on the new HW-B550 Soundbar.
You can optimize the soundbar using the SOUND MODE button to select SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, ADAPTIVE, DTS VIRTUAL:X or STANDARD.
By pressing the TONE CONTROL button, you can adjust the volume of the treble or bass sound. Press the button to select TREBLE or BASS and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
