Four stars only because it randomly switched to a different source and dropped all sounds. I had to setup both eArc and optical to get it working properly.

Thank you for sharing your review regarding the HW-B550 Soundbar. Your feedback is very important to us and will be shared with our product team.
So you are aware, if you connect both a Digital Optical and HDMI then the soundbar will occasionally switch sources. You will want to choose one or the other for the input, we do recommend using HDMI as this will offer the best audio and user experience.
Connect the HDMI cable to the soundbar and then to the TV ARC (as this soundbar does not have eARC) ports.

Great soundbar, but hard to control sound

I live in an apartment and the bass can be a bit strong. Ive tried setting it to night mode and manually lowering the bass but it sometikes is of no use. Also sometimes dialogue is low, even with the voice boost setting turned on. Then when i turn up the volume to hear the dialogue, the bass output is too strong. It’s a great sounbar and subwoofer but I wish i could control what i heard more.
